I buy this same style of curl all the time with Unice but this time it seems the bundles were over processed. The curl wasn't consistent throughout the hair, it was very frayed and the hair was just wavy not curly. Even after conditioning the curls never came back. The hair matted and tangled so bad i had to take it out. I contacted you guys and you only gave me $50 back after paying around $250 for this hair. Sometimes you don't realize the hair is a bad batch until you get it installed and at that point you can't return it. You guys always argue back and forth with us and them give a small amount of money back. I'm going to have to start using a different company that will be a little more fair to their customers.

I didn't expect to buy such a high-quality product at such a low price. I placed an order on the 8th and received it on the 10th. I was very shocked when I opened the packaging, it was particularly soft and smooth.
Horrible experience.
I am very particular and cautious when purchasing online. But this experience was horrible. They wait until after you purchase to tell you they are out of stock. Although there are times when you can wait a little longer, this time was not a time where I could wait longer - and I put in an order based on when it would be here. Upon ordering, they send a text that it is not in stock and that it would be another 3-4 weeks but could not guarantee. Never again will I order from UNICE and would not recommend knowing that they do not update their availability.

The lace wig is slower than the full machine-made wig, since the hair on the lace is sewn one by one by purely hand, to avoid substandard products being sent to customers, this manual process must be operated strictly following standards, resulting in delayed product completion. Meanwhile, our service also recommends a similar product or cancel the order if you don't want to wait. After verification, your order was closed and the full refund was returned on 27, Dec,2023.it may take some time for the bank to display on your card statement.pls check it in time.

I ordered a wig from them that never shipped and when I contacted them to cancel they never would confirm cancellation or respond to me. Will need to dispute with my bank and ofcourse never order not refer anyone to them again.
It was very easy to look for a wig that I would like in my own style.
The site did not work at checkout almost 10 times I had tried multiple devices to I ended up finally being able to pay on the website on the phone, not even the app worked and it wouldn't let me have the free robe in my cart that was suppose to come with the discount so I just gave up so frustrating
I purchased a wig that I thought was really beautiful based on the picture. However, after ordering a 16 inch which is usually shoulder length I received a much shorter wig. Turns out the length is measured by the stretched out length not the actual length so wig was 6inches to short. I promptly contacted Customer service to find out how to return the wig, since I used my PP account instead of creating a UNice account to pay for the wig.

Wig length means the stretched length from the head spins to the longest length of hair at the bottom. It doesn't mean that all hair is the same length. Compared to straight hair, curly or wavy hair looks shorter. Height makes a big difference when picking the hair length. Someone shorter of the same length will look significantly longer than someone taller. According to our return policy, it might take some time to confirm the item status before returning. Please request a "return label" and attach product photos including the whole wig, the wig cap, etc, so that the request can be processed faster.
The return system of the US warehouse will be updated within 48 hours during working days. It will be delayed if it is a weekend or holiday. Finally, the full refund was completed on 25, Mar.

Please ladies save your coins I purchased two wigs from this place well over 200 these wigs are the worst wigs I have seen talking about glueless my A** wig don't even fit on your head with the band being tight and let's not talk about the wiff on the wigs you can see right through it don't buy this wig

As you know, once it's cut from healthy donors, it cannot continue to get nutrition from our body, If styling products such as hair gel and wax are frequently used, it can easily lead to the accumulation of oil stains, which makes the hair matted. Curly hair is unique. It bends and curves and coils. Because of all the twists and turns, it can be fragile and delicate. And because of its curvy nature, the natural oils produced by the scalp to soften and protect strands have a harder time traveling from top to bottom. For curly hair, the hair care regimen is completely different. After shampooing, apply a deep conditioner. Pick a moisturizing formula that contains humectants like glycol, glycerin, or good-quality oils. Use a wide tooth-comb or your fingers to distribute the conditioner evenly. If your hair is super snarled, pop on a plastic cap or towel to help heat up your head, which will open up the cuticle of your hair and invite the conditioner to penetrate more deeply. Applying conditioner even if you don’t shampoo your hair.
