I was on the fence about purchasing a wig due to the many bad reviews so I left it in my cart and I've been inundated with emails and text messages for days since I provided my information and now I can't stop the text messages so now I will never purchase anything from them….
I installed a straight 24 inch wig. Good hair the wig fits good hold good curl. Very impressed for the price didn't use any glue so absolutely glueless closure fit perfect
It took me opening up a claim with Klara to get them to send a return label after sending me the WRONG WIG. Initially I had no correspondence, no matter how many times I reached out.
The wig was NOTHING like I chose.
I was absolutely blown away! First lacefront wig an I didn't have to do anything to it but put it on my head, no bleaching, no plucking, just right out the box, ready to wear. AMAZING
I needed to make changes to my order. They provided speedy and courteous customer service!
I ordered a wig in November or even around late September last year and till now I have not received the wig. I messaged Unice Hair on Whatsapp to file a complaint, within 3 days after the package said "Delivered" but hadn't received it.
Nothing was resolved. I checked everywhere and kept doing so for about 2 weeks, while trying to contact them. They kept referring me back to Fedex, who referred me back to them. I purchased the wig under a payment installment and so I needed the installment to be put on pause to resolve the case. It's been months, the case has not been resolved, the payment was sent to collection and I have now asked them to cancel the installment, they say they cannot and are offering $30 for an item $230+ and has my Sezzle account locked because of this issue.
Terrible customer service, terrible customer support, terrible delivery service, terrible company.
I did not even get to review the wig, but I will never buy any wigs from Unice Hair.

This wig is good to me and cheaper than a sew in. I have bye bye knots in black /1b color. I do use abit of ebin spray but it's looking good! Review on my *******@mad_lovely1

Therefore, for any packet loss, it's better to check your mailbox, front door, and around the house, and ask your friend, family, or neighbors if he or she signed for the item on your behalf, or contact your local express to ask them where your package, if still don't find the package after doing above all, we recommend submitting a claim certificate to the local express, and then there is a case number, which is provided to the seller, to follow up on the results of the claims investigation.
While we strive to provide timely and efficient service to our customers, we understand that external factors such as carrier delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Finally, the refund we agreed on was completed on 9, May,2024.
