I ordered 4 bundles of hair from Unice Hair and only received 3 bundles. I informed them that I was missing a bundle and I wanted a refund for the missing bundle. They then send me a picture showing the package on a scale and the weight saying each bundle weighs 100g and the weight is accurate for 4 bundles and check my package again. I informed them again that I already checked the package and have no reason to lie. Unice hair then tells me to show them the weight and basically prove to them how the weight is incorrect! Excuse me that's not my responsibility plus I don't have a scale that weighs grams at home. They made me feel like I'm trying to scam them or something and like I said I have no reason to lie about 1 bundle. My order total was $250 so what reason would I have to lie about getting my $60 refund for the 1 bundle not received! Oh and the USPS package was sealed and not damaged neither was their company box so it looks like they just got my order wrong and don't want to take responsibility. Opened a dispute to try to get my money back but I will never order from them again!
Great quality! I picked this wig for easy install and that's exactly what i got. The lace is practically invisible and the hair silky and soft. I can't wait to order my next glueless wig.
This is my first time buying from UNice, and it arrived in good timing. The hair is beautiful and so is the colour. Still have yet to wear it, but so far I'm happy with the product.

I have been purchasing for years from unice the moment I had one issue they neglected the facts after all the trouble it costs me to verify it with the shipping company they respond to me better than UNICE.

I purchased their ponytails for the first time and the hair quality was terrible. I ran my fingers through it and it was stiff and it was supposed to be 18 in but they stared they did not have 18 in on stock. They sent me 14 in. Because they were trying to prevent me from canceling my order. All of the sudden 18 in became available, but that's not what they sent. When I complain and made a review they offered me a refund. I sent them pictures of the hair and explain to them that the quality was stiff and that it was horrible. Once I sent the hair to them they now refuse to give me a full refund because they claim hair is stiff in addition to that they said it was broken and that it smelled. Sounds like my complaint to them. I submitted this complaint to them immediately upon receipt of the hair. The hair was never used because it was not of good quality so customer service is horrible you cannot communicate with them via telephone although they offer two phone numbers. Dealing with them through emails it's just a back and forth back and forth. I have purchased from them several times the customer service for loyalty alone should be better.
