So I purchased hair from this company. And I did a review about my experience and my thoughts my opinion and how I felt about the service and the quality of the hair that I received. It went all downhill from there because following my review I received a text message from UNice Hair telling me they saw my review and asking if I could take it down because they are a good seller. And that if I took it down they would give me a eight dollar credit towards another purchase. Now why on earth would I want to make another purchase when I'm not happy with this one. Then they proceeded to tell me that they'll refund me my money after I take down the post. Only after I take down the post I would get my refund. This has gone on since the first review. Back-and-forth email chain with almost 40 emails. And although I have returned the wig I am still receiving emails from them telling me that they will only give me a refund after I remove the first post. It's basically like they have the wig now I have emails and text messages showing that it's been received but they will not refund me my money because they want me to take down the post. I did say I would remove the post once they refunded me my money however they want me to remove the post first and then refund me. Since the first post I have been harassed to no end from UNice Hair to take down my review. I will never in life purchase from this company again, I will tell everyone I know not to purchase from them. I'm going to post the emails and the text messages. The way they handled this situation is not right. I literally have almost 40 emails from them telling me delete the review and will refund you your money trust us dear delete the review. So in what world are you not allowed to review a product that you purchased? And give your opinion and your experience? And once again they have the week I returned it. I have an email and a text message stating that they Receive the week and would refund me after I delete the review. So in other words they have the week and my money and don't want to refund me and less I delete a review. I don't know what type of business they are running but this is definitely not something that a reputable company would do.
The customer service was not helpful but the hair is good. I ironed it and still silky,really love it!
Great hair and it is quick delivery. I have been using this hair for over a year and absolutely love the hair.
The hair I thought was honey blonde. It's more of a brown orange. The hair kinks up fast. Nothing like the pic

My order was accidentally cancelled requiring me to reorder. This resulted in me not getting my hair in time for my birthday.

Because photography requires lighting, plus, the product in different light presents different colors, it's normal to have some color differences. The hair is 100% human hair, as you know, once it's cut from healthy donors, it cannot continue to get nutrition from our body, the build-up of oil and dirt, dryness and not combing for some time, which makes the hair tangle, so for the hair, they need more care and conditioner to keep them healthy, just like treat and care our own hair.
