I ordered a scrub top that was less than $20 but after taxes and shipping, it cost $27. When it arrived...after over a week...i found it was huge although I I ordered the size recommended by the site. When I asked to return it, I found that my refund would be only $10. I was charged a shipping fee to return it. So after losing $18, I still have no scrub top.

We have already instructed our return team asking them not to charge you for the return shipping. A full refund for the merchandise with sales tax will be processed upon receipt of your returned item at our warehouse. If you would like to exchange it for the correct size, we would be glad to offer free ground shipping on the new order as well.
Depending upon the carrier you use, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. All the returns are processed within 1-2 business days once we receive them. You will receive an automatic email confirmation once your return is processed.

It costs approximately 47% to return an item. Very poor customer service is this thinking especially on line not able to see actual or fit. I ordered 2 skirts for a total of $60.03. And it cost me about $28.00 to return even to exchange. The quality of the skirts were fine it's the business costumer handling is a money maker for them. I do not recommend this business to anyone thinking of returning an item. The return policy does not reflect a good stable company that cares about their customers

I purchased some scrub tops on August 19,2023. On August 21, I received an email stating that my package was delivered. I go to my door and there is no package. I call customer service right away and they insist that it was delivered. I tell them I have been here all day. No knock on the door and no package. The customer representative then proceeds to tell me that they have "proof" and she sends me this photo I have posted below. One, I have no idea if that building is mine. Two, my door is to the right, not the left. Also, the customer representative agreed that because the picture provided by the delivery driver DOES NOT SHOW THE APARTMENT NUMBER. So I have no idea what floor its on even if they went to the correct building. I am then told that there needs to be "an investigation that will take approximately 3 days" and only then will I be able to get a refund or have the items resent to me. What is there to investigate? You clearly delivered to the wrong address. Please return my funds immediately as I am no longer interested in doing business with this company. This was handled so poorly.

Avoid this company and buy your scrubs somewhere else. To avoid heart breaking. They will not accept responsibility for bad scrubs or over size scrubs shipped to u. And will not give you a return label for their fault.

I've spoken with customer 3 times by phone, once by chat, amd once by email. I placed a large order of over $300 as others had recommended the site. I paid for express shipping. Called after 5 business days and paid even more shipping as 1 item was backordered and O asked to split the order to get my items faster. I placed my order on August 4th by 4pm. It's now August 14th and I still don't have the package. I can't the order until it arrives...if it ever arrives. I am supposed to be able to cancel if theres no update for a full day on the shipping label which has already happened but still wasn't allowed to cancel today because it's supposedly arriving tomorrow...how idk because im in Kansas and the package still hasn't left Georgia. I've had one rude customer service rep on chat who couldn't even look up my order status, can't tell me when items will ship, basically can't help at all. The next guy was great and very kind however after talking me into to paying even more shipping, he never followed up and the company never let me know they were going to refund my shipping costs. Also didn't let me know that the items were unable to be express shipped so I just keep waiting for a package that doesn't arrive. Overall it's a terrible company to order from if you have an issue AND if and when I do get a refund, I can expect that to take 3 WEEKS to get said refund Don't order from here. Amazon had the same uniforms in different colors and shipped in 2 days without additional shipping fees and no prime membership. Can't review the scrubs because I may never receive them.

I've ordered scrub tops from here before. Good price. Good fit. This is my second order. I ordered 3 more, same style same size. However, none of them fit. So I sent them back. They say I could exchange, but how do I do that when they don't fit. And then pay shipping twice? Nah.

I ordered almost $400 worth of scrubs 7/2/23. It is now 7/15/23. Just contacted customer service again for the 5th time and they said it will be another 8 business days until it's shipped. I have never had this type of issue with this company but I will never order my uniforms from here again. I will find somewhere else to spend my money. It's kind of sad when a company doesn't even care about their customers. I've reached out multiple different times for an issue with my most recent order and have gotten radio silence. I purchased 3 different scrubs sets where 1 of the 3 sets did not match. The top was way lighter than the bottoms even though the website paired them as a match. They wanted $8.99 to return the top which was half the price of it since it was bought during the nurses week sale and then the sale was also over by the time I received the package so I couldn't even buy a different top to match the bottoms on sale. I just want this issue resolved.

I'm not sure when their return policy changed but it's horrible now. You used to be able to request a return and they would send you a free shipping label. Not anymore. I had to spend $10.60 to return a top. Then they tried charging me $4.00 for a return fee. I was able to contact them to get the $4.00 back. Between paying shipping to originally get my order then having to return the top I spent over $18.00 in shipping for one outfit. I won't be ordering from them again.

I inquired, via chat, about my order. My order was still processing according to the "track my order" on their site. The site advised that my order was being shipped on Monday, I inquired on Tuesday as to why it still showed processing. I was told that one item was on backorder and they did not know when it would be available. I told them I was never informed of this. I asked that they ship what was available. That was 2 days ago and it still shows processing! I was told they would release the order the next day.

I purchased a total of 6 pieces of Butter-Soft-Strech. Quality of the pieces are not as described, nor are they "to fit". They are vey thick & definitely not stretch fabric! I wear scrubs everyday for 25 years, ordered my normal size that I wear daily & these swallowed me! I go to return & reorder in Greys Anatomy brand to find I have to pay for my own shipping because I have more than 5 pieces which was not communicated ANYWHERE including my receipt with purchase. After completing my refund, I will be refunded $11.00 less than my payment for purchase as well as the cost to return items via insured mail (not sure of that cost yet). I will be purchasing my Greys Anatomy elsewhere & will never use this company nor refer co-workers to this company!

They charge you shipping for returning your items or exchanging. You can get all your money back going through Amazon or buying at an actual scrub store. I bought 3 scrubs because I had one that I liked but the pants were a little too small so I decided to order a size up next time…. Same brand, it fit like trash bags. I end up submitting a return on all of them to find out I'm losing out on $40 once these are all returned. I am basically returning all 3 and only getting the amount of 2 scrubs back. That's preposterous. On one of them they are charging me more on the return label than they actually spent shipping it to me. Completely ridiculous. Don't buy from this place, it's a risk and not worth it.

Great prices and products...HOWEVER...The website is poorly designed. It takes an extremely long time just to edit your cart. If you get too many things in your cart it's nearly impossible to remove them or place them in the save for later. It gives me a migraine and it takes days and if that isn't enough time then it leads to months. It could take up to a year by the time you get your cart updated. Horrible, it makes me sick!

These charts indicate the actual body measurements (not garment measurements) that correspond to each size, so if you know your own measurements, you can choose the best size to order. We always recommend that you try your purchased items on before washing them, just in case they would need to be exchanged for another size.
