Ugh I'm so sad I was so excited for these scrubs! I got this top in an XS in three colors... I normal buy a small but since reviews said it ran big I went with the XS... this fits like a large! I'm 120 lbs and 5'3. Very disappointing
I had no problems navigating the web site and the ordering was simple. Arrived in a timely fashion even with all the holiday delays. My disappointment stems from the return policy. I might have exchanged a pair of scrub pants because they were too small but the fees were higher than the pants cost. Unlikely to order again.

If you choose to use the pre-paid UPS return shipping label included in your package, a fee of $8.99 will generally be deducted from the amount of credit you receive for the garments you return. Use of this label is optional, but recommended as the shipment is trackable and insured, which can be a lifesaver if the package should go astray on its way back to us.
When returning just one or two inexpensive items (which sounds like what you needed to do), many of our customers opt not to use the label we provide but to ship the item back via an alternate carrier such as the U.S. Postal Service. This may well be more economical, though the package may not be insured and trackable. We are happy to process returns and exchanges that reach us by any carrier.
I would love the opportunity to transform your first purchase from Uniform Advantage into a better one for you. If the too-small pants are still in original condition and you would still like to exchange them, I’d be glad to waive that $8.99 return shipping fee. Great prices and products...HOWEVER...The website is poorly designed. It takes an extremely long time just to edit your cart. If you get too many things in your cart it's nearly impossible to remove them or place them in the save for later. It gives me a migraine and it takes days and if that isn't enough time then it leads to months. It could take up to a year by the time you get your cart updated. Horrible, it makes me sick!
I gave up and bought scrubs somewhere else because I don't have that much time to spend on this website.
I spent nearly $200 on scrubs. All of them worked but a pair of pants. Uniform Advantage does not pay for return shipping and it is expensive! They hide this by sending you a return label with your merchandise, yet subtracting shipping costs from your return after they receive your items. I was supposed to get back $23 for the pants and they took $9 out of the return I was supposed to receive just for a small envelop with one pair of pants in them. Never using this site again, I got ripped off.
I ordered 3 Clinic coats from Uniform Advantage and had them embroidered. The coats were mad in Bangladesh and are so flimsy that the dry cleaner starch did not stiffen up the material. It looks very unprofessional and the coats are unusable. Customer Service told me the fabric changes through the year and offered 10% 0n my next order. No Thank you. Poor quality/Poor Customer Service.

I was leery about if the butter soft stretch jogger scrub pants would fit me to my liking. I am extremely picky about how my pants fit and look on me. I ordered two pairs of them. I put them on and I was very satisfied. They fit perfectly and I was relieved. They weren't to tight or to loose. I have ordered 3 more pairs of the same style in different colors and I hope when they arrive they are just as perfect as the other two pairs.
I've been very patient with this company. Long story short I ordered clothes from UA by accident for work. The second I received them I returned them. This was around early December. It's February now and I have not received my refund. I emailed them again... they told me to wait 24-48 hrs so I did. I gave them 10 days and still no reply. They even charged me for shipping $8.99

I ordered 10 chef coats for my restaurant, but the chefs themselves cannot wear it due to strange patterning. It seems the side panels leading into the sleeves do not give enough way for arm movement.
The coats are not functional and are basically only clothes in appearance. They do not fit right and seem to be defects. I have called customer service COUNTLESS times, but they have failed to respond each time. I do not recommend! Be careful, because they might not exactly send working uniforms.

Ordering was easy and so was shipping. However if you need to return an item even exchange it you have to pay $9 to use their label or pay full cost of shipping any other way. This absolutely ridiculous when they have very few store fronts.

We appreciate your sharing your feedback. I am terribly sorry that you feel disappointed with your purchase. Our Butter-Soft collection is designed to be loose and the cut on the top you bought is meant for customers who prefer a loose fit. I would recommend our Butter-Soft Stretch collection as the cut is a bit more form-fitting. I would suggest styles BSS362 and BSS346 for tops and styles BSS347 and BSS476 for pants. I will be more than happy to waive the return label fee for you, so that you can exchange those items you received for something that will fit you better.
