I recently purchased two Armani watches from the Unineed website. However, the items I received did not include the official Armani packaging or warranty certificates. Instead, I was sent two Kenzo boxes along with the watches.
Upon consulting with professionals, I was informed that the watches are faulty. Additionally, after researching online, I discovered an Armani watch with the exact same code as one of the watches I purchased. Since each watch should have a unique code, this raises significant concerns and serves as strong evidence of an issue.
When I contacted Unineed customer service, they denied sending the products with Kenzo boxes. They also stated that they would only issue a refund if I return Armani boxes, which I never received. This is contradictory and appears to be deceptive behavior.
Tip for consumers:
Just do not buy things on Unineed
