I strongly believe in America and the American workers so when I saw your add saying American flags made by American workers. You go on to say why buy those cheap American flags made in other countries. I liked that because I feel 100% the same. I ordered one of your flags and when it came in and I inspected it I was happy with the weight and the double stitching. Because I need to do a few repairs to my flag pole I decided to put the flag back into the plastic bag it came in. I happened to notice a card in bag so I took it out.
How disappointed, the tag clearly says, Made In China!
Why the spill and why lie to the American people. One can buy an American flag that is not made by Communist people but obviously not from you!

I had previously purchased Ukrainian flags from you which were nylon and marked for outdoor use however they faded quickly and needed replacing in less than a year.
This time I tried a different product with much better look and results.
The polyester version is brighter, heavier, and is sewn not printed. All at half the price.

You had everything that I was looking for! When I travel I usually get a country flag to add to my collection. I missed a few places and purchased them from you. My order came in quickly.

This flag was a gift to my Father who lives in a very windy area. Past flags have lasted just shy of a year. I ordered the heavy duty flag and we will have to see how it holds up to the winds of Livingston Montana.

The ordering process was easy, and it came quickly and packaged well. I only wanted to purchase a flag that was made in the USA. Interested to see how it holds up compared to the cheaper options we have been ordering over the years. So far so good.

Our flagpole, flag and solar light were all delivered in a very timely manner but when we had the flagpole erected we realized there weren't any clips for the flag included. When I notified the company via email I received an invoice indicating the clips were ordered and to be shipped at no cost. Unfortunately the clips are plastic and do not swivel so we purchased the clips elsewhere to get what we wanted.

The first part of the order arrived very quickly which was great and met the need I had. The second part of the porder took forever to arrive. It ended up arrival 6 weeks after I needed the flag for our university graduation.

Ordered a flag from Flagwix before here and they quickly turned into stalkers and claimed me as their family member. I prefer this company because they act like a company. I want, I find, I order, they ship product I expect. They do not claim me as a family member. Will use for next flag purchase unless they start getting weird.

All these ordered were received as ordered however, my auditors have advised me that we never received an Indian flag we ordered back on or about 9-6-2023. My total order amount was $215.51 & was placed on my United Airlines VISA card, but we only recd. The Nepal flags which were on the same order. I've had this note & my appropriate Billing Stmt. Laying here for awhile to follow up on it & have contd. To order from ya'll. We have done lots of bus. W/ ya'll over the yrs. We continue to order as we rent to many international college students. Go check it out on your books as we don't need the Indian flag anymore, but are simply requesting credit on same whatever that calculates out to. I can also send u a copy my credit card charge stmt. If u need verification from my end. In fact I'm in the process of ordering a Serbian flag for 1 of our new top hoop recruits today or tomorrow! I ordered the flag poles at the last minute being unsure if I would get these in time for my event. I placed the order with no special requests and they came in very quick and in time for my event. Set them up and they were sturdy and were not affected by some heavy winds we ended up having during our event. Loved every thing about the flag poles and the delivery!

Really didn't have to deal with the customer service. It was an issue inflicted on ourselves and cancelled the needed customer service.

Clean and easy. Customer service went over and above to make my order right. This is my fourth attempt at getting a flag to fly in a high winds area. Success is all due to this order. From a female veteran I thank you. Glad to see our flag flying clear and free.

Zero'd in the product " Super tuff 3X5 flag" I have been pulling these flags for about ten years. They of course have trouble start having trouble after time. Ten trips, 40 miles, 60 -70 mph, I even feel bad for them. Trim treads and go on. They do good.

I ordered several flags from the US Flag Store with mixed experience. Was unable to register as a new customer on the website... after several attempts I gave up. Decided to order regardless and found delivery speed and packing to be very good. The flags were all very good quality for the price I payed. I'll check out the US Flag Store for future needs.

This was the first time I've placed an order at the U.S. Flag Store so I was a little anxious about getting my flag in time for Christmas, but it arrived very quickly and was exactly what I needed. I'll be use to use te Flag Store in the future.

Don't want any flags made in CHINA or foreign countries

The flag is a symbol for every military person. It is the first thing up and the last thing down. I stand for the flag and knee for fallen. Enjoy or freedom for it is paid for by every service personal.

Looking through the choices I chose a Valley Forge option which contained polyester and was heavier than the nylon ones I had been hanging outside. This flag is substantial and hopefully will last longer than the others I have ordered that are nylon only. These have just not held up.

Second time I'm sending this you advertised something that's not allowed in the national cemetery I made a mistake by buying it you were supposed to send me a return label which I've never received yet if I don't get it up that's going to throw them in the trash and write another bad review
