Didn't like buying two flags and having them shipped at two different times. I thought that was pretty bad. (paid over $8.00 for shipping)

Ordering was easy and the flags look great. I appreciate the diameter of the wood shafts not being too thin.
I think it was availability, ease of ordering and size used in the wood shafts. In the future, would like to see 18 inch long shafts in the future with, of course, adjusting the size of flag.

Ordered 3 dozen 12 x 18 flags to be placed on veterans graves. They are holding up well to wind and weather.

I needed a light for our larger flag pole. All American Flags need a designated light if they are left up after dark. This one was bright enough and could fit on a larger diameter flagpole.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
