Our solar light on top of flagpole quit working. I thought they would be a lifetime with solar but we hadn't had this pole and light maybe 5 years

I orders a flag, pole and hardware. They came in but the holder was broken. I just got the replacement today which seems like a very long ship time.

I shouldn't have to repeat what I've already typed on the review. Poor quality in everything except the actual flag.
I've already typed this information as well. The customer service rep could have cared less about assisting me. I felt that I put her out by calling.
I thought the flags would have been made in the U.S.A.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
