The pole I ordered was incompatible with my flag's grommets and may have been missing pieces to secure my flag to it.
It felt like it took them forever to respond. I also had to reply to a specific email every time because the representatives’ emails weren’t recognized by Gmail’s system and my responses to them failed to send.
I thought your poles were stronger.

Get rid of SiteJabber!
Product had very low degree of fit and finish. It arrived with set screws cross threaded. I had to clean up the threads to get the product to work. Very unpleasant experience.

History
The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
