Your CS has terrible communication skills, I can say this because I own two manufacturing businesses and I live this everyday. The product is advertised as yours and this is untrue, false advertising in my opinion, this contributes greatly to the communication issue, if the manufacturer has poor communication, your CS will have to try and cover for them. You are mostly a onetime seller, ie people typically do not buy multiple flagpoles, so CS is not your priority and is shows.

The items were very good and as ordered and were received in a timely manner. The brass plate had a small dent in one corner (probably dropped) but was no big deal to me as I was able to straighten it out a little bit and was not noticeable.

I ordered a POW flag that was supposed to have brass mounting grommets. It came with leather mount straps. 2nd time-- same thing. Put it on the pole to see how long the straps last in our 70mph winds

History
The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
