The flags are of good quality for the price.
Especially liked the Florida state flags and so did my neighbors. It did take a long time to receive them.

Had to return the flag light and wait for a new one which took a lot of time and proving that the first one did not function correctly. Had to wait 5 complete sunny days in order for it to work fully and am no happy with the result.

I ordered a US Flag in April 2024 mainly because of the advertised ability not to ravel. The flag began raveling after only three weeks and now must prepare to order a new one from a different company.

I had a heavy-duty cotton flag that had lasted for a number of years. I wanted to replace it with another like it. Nearly all flags available are polyester, I really wanted the heavy cotton. When It arrived, it was a very light-weight cotton, you could see through the fabric when held up to light. I did not find this to my satisfaction, so I returned the flag for a refund.
They accepted my return and refunded my purchase price.
They offered a cotton flag.

Received my flag pole today. Very fast delivery and for the most part pleased. Delivered much quicker than advertised at time of order. Only one problem. I will have to contact customer service because the gold ball topper for the pole was crushed in shipping.

Product quality is not exceptional. Print is good, flag material is good; yet the pair of hand flags that I received had warped pole stems that were likely 'forced' inside the oversized packaging box during handling. Should have exchanged them for replacements, but repaired them with tiny rubber bands, then locking them tightly against one another to unbend the warp.

It took way too long to receive the flag. The flag appears to be high quality. Hope it lasts awhile. Nice bright colors. But 2 weeks from order date to receipt is not good. Part of what makes Amazon so attractive is its quick processing time. How do they ship from China so fast? Ha!

I ordered the Gold ball topper. The post goes from 1/2" to 3/4". 3/4 is too large to go thru a night lighter.
I am obligated to pay shipping of 12.00 on a 20.00 product.

It took almost 2 weeks for the flags to get here. By then the Thanksgiving flags were useless so they went away for next year. The Christmas one is out now. And i gave the other Christmas flag to my grand daughter. There was a 10% off offer, but kept saying invalid. After some back and forth, it was credited to my account. But the flags are very nice. Just a delivery on time problem.

Although I received my order on time, 15 flags were not stapled properly and therefore, not usable. Two others arrived with broken wooden dowels which made those unusable as well. I wrote to the address that confirmed my order, but have not received any response.

The screw holes, specifically the upper hole for mounting the bracket is blocked by the upper pole insertion position.

Customer service replies in a timely manner, but products were not that great. They were low cost, so that is good. If you need the flags to look super nice for formal presentations, I'd go elsewhere, but if you need them for Scouts, a classroom, or a play or something, they would do the trick!
(Note: We bought a kit, and didn't like the bases. We wanted to return and upgrade, but they don't take returns on kit parts. So we ate the cost of buying replacement bases).

I have a 3 x 5 flag that was ironed and folded by a member of a ceremonial honor guard member. There is about a 3/4 inch gap on all three sides when the flag was placed in the box. Also, what first drew my attention to this box was the butterfly joint used in the meters. The face frame has the cuts made for the plugs, but the butterfly plug was missing. Otherwise a good product.

Only problem I have with the order is that all three gold ball ornaments that go on top of the three flagpoles were damaged. The thin aluminum was easily crushed by the weight of the flagpoles during shipping. More padding or a separate compartment for them should be part of preparing the flagpoles for shipment. I will be contacting customer service to request replacements.

I am a longtime customer who has ordered a lot of cemetery flags from you. This is the very first time I gave felt the quality of them was lower. They are usually top notch. This time they were ok. We had several that broke or a staple gave way on the flag. Never had problems on past years.

Experience fine- have purchased flags here before. Very satisfied. On this order, delivery seemed to take a long time. A follow up email alerted me to the slow delivery so I was not upset. I was in no rush for the items. No harm-no foul!

A bit disappointed. The flag holder's aluminum base was sent with the wrong screws. I had to go purchase my own screws. Plus, the mold they used for making the aluminum base which holds flag pole was faulty, causing the aluminum base to be pitted and cracked. My guess is I will be replacing this base sooner rather than later due to the weakened sidewalls of the base (see photo). Flag is beautiful.

I called May 21st and sent pictures of our issue with the 21' pole. I was told the replacement pole would ship on June 5th. Today is June 13th and absolutely no correspondence from anyone. I have email then 3 times and only received a canned response. Not real impressed, but will keep trying.

They offered a discount to sign up/enter e-mail address. That discount came hours after I had placed my order. If you wish to order, take your time and you might actually get to use a discount at purchase. Placing a quick offer cost our group over $30!

Pole assembly is a no brainer; however, installation instructions regarding setting the base tube (depth, diameter, sand and gravel requirements) were missing. I managed to find some instructions online but was disappointed that I had to go that route. Instructions should have been included.

After completing my first purchase I did not see anything that indicated it was complete. I went back to see what I had missed and would up placing the order a second time. When I called in the morning I was told I was too late to fix the problem since both flags had already been sent.
