I placed the order, it was shipped promptly, and we received it in good condition.
I was trying to find out how many flag poles come in a case but the CSR didn't know and said they were sold individually. But I ordered 25 and I received a case of 24 plus 1 which is not what I wanted to happen.
It was suggested by the previous company.

Seems to be holding up well in the Colorado Sun at 9000 ft. Fair price and quick shipping. I like the US Flag Store, but my biggest complaint is the review process run by Sitejabber which sends misleading emails about confirming receipt of order but it's really about pressuring you into writing a review. Pretty obnoxious...

I ordered 2 Air Force flag holders. One for my uncle and the other for a vetran I never met.
I'm not sure if the other Vetran has family living in the area as I have never seen a flag placed. I chose to honor his service and bought a flag holder for the flags that I place. The holders are beautiful and seem to be made well. They arrived in a timely manner.

Easy order, fast shipping. I ordered the wall brackets, these were replacing the same thing ordered about 4 years ago. The old ones the spring steel broke and they rusted out very fast. I think they were only black oxide coated. These new ones are powder coated and hoping to last longer. The flags, we have 34 of them on our fence out front. I cut 5" off the stick this year due to having problems with them breaking and warping. No breaks, but the flags are fraying after about 5 weeks being out. Says no fray but they do. They are not very expensive, it is what it is.
They sell the wall brackets we need to mount to our fence out front.

History
The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
