I have bought a bunch of the 4x6 super knit American flags. About 10-20 with digging them out to count them. I fly one on my truck everyday and everywhere I go. They last a long time and I fly them down tattered about halfway. Gets wind resistance!FJB

I bought the double sided Pow/Mia super knit and it has lasted well over 10,000 miles on my truck still has more to go! The super knit is the best flags are the best and and I have flown a lot of flags!

I thought I ordered the regular size one for the slip though pole (pocket), but it is much larger than I had originally thought. I may not be able to use it, as my pole is not large enough to weave into the pocket. It is very nice. I wanted to use it outdoors, but it is not for outdoors. Sigh.
I wanted a real flag, sewn like its handmade.

The flag coming to me is not a fabric-sewn flag, instead of it is a piece of knitting material of nylon, or something such as that. The material that I look at in the picture in my computer impressed me it is the fabric-sewn.

Found the flag I want at the web site without any problem. Tried to place my order with the JULYFLAGS code given to me in an email. Did not work, so had to wait a day and call to place order.
Now that I received the flag and it has been flying for about 1 month, it is already coming apart/looking tattered at the end.
As mentioned above, I called to place the order after the discount code did not work. The person taking my call was very helpful and stayed on the line until I completed placing the order.
Satisfied with previous purchase. Reasonable price (although if the fag doesn't hold up well, the price won't seem so reasonable.

I bought this flag pole as a replacement for a flag pole which was destroyed during a particularly violent wind storm. The pole survived three hurricanes looked great up to the day it was wrecked. I contacted customer service as I could not find the same pole for sale. The customer service agent was able to locate the same pole, confirm shipping and process my order. I received my pole shortly thereafter was able to erect it within twenty minutes. While not the cheapest flag pole you can buy, the quality of the materials and the quality of the service I received makes my purchase a bargain. Seriously, very happy.
I contacted customer service so that I might purchase the same pole kit which I previously purchased from the company. The customer service agent was able to find my order, reorder the same kit for me and process the entire transaction. She was competent and displayed a high level of skill at her craft.
I originally chose my first flag pole based on price and ratings. I bought my second pole from United States Flag Store because of the quality of my first pole and their first-class customer service sealed the deal. My call was picked up by an actual person, there was not wait time and she was able to assist me in my purchase. It took about twenty minutes from the time she picked up the receiver until my whole transaction was finished.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
