I ordered a Marine Corps emblem for the top of my motorcycle flag pole and a POW MIA flag both arrived in the time frame they said it would and both are of high quality.

I needed 12" x 18" flags of over 30 countries for an event to celebrate the diversity of our church congregation. United States Flag Store had so many international flags in stock and at a reasonable price. They didn't have that size flag for every country I needed, but they had most of them! I would definitely recommend and order from them again in the future.
United States Flag Store was one of the only websites that offered so many international flags at a reasonable price that would arrive in time for our event.

The first order we received we were missing the pole for marker. I called customer service and was transferred around to other people. No communication from anyone u til I received an email that the item was on back order and may not come. Didn't respond to the email because it said after 30 days the order would be cancelled. A couple weeks later we received the item. It worked out in the end but a little better communication would have been appreciated

Marker is much bigger than expected! Can't wait to put these out for our beloved veterans! Shipment, even with a back order, still came earlier than planned! I would order again!

This site is easy to navigate, to find what you need, and to make the final purchase. The quality of the products I have purchased here go above and beyond what I expected and for a great price. I was lucky enough to find this business while I was Google searching for a confederate flag, they are not as easy to find as you might think.

We ordered in early June and had our flags in less than a week. We were pleasantly surprised at the uality and atteention to detail, expecting that they would only last for a long weekend, these flags are still on display and looking as good as they did on the first day we put them on display.

I could not find a 2.5ft X 4 ft flag with grommets locally and only one place had one as a banner. I only buy Annin because of the superior quality so I was thrilled to find this store online. Easy to order and pretty quick delivery during these SLOW postal service times. THANK YOU!
Now if I can just find a better pole that allows free flying without wrapping around itself!

I had to create an account. After trying several times by following the requirements of "must be 7 characters, both Alphabetic and Numeric Characters", which were rejected in my first 6-7 times, I decided to add a SPECIAL character...low and behold, that worked. That needs to be added to the instructions to create an account.

History
The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
