I received delivery of my flag set within 3 days of my order. There was a misselection with the size of the flag stand which when notified they corrected immediately. The phone representative was concerned and very friendly while we sorted things out.

The flag is too short so I emailed customer service which was very quick to respond; unfortunately the flag could not be replaced with the correct length as it was a supplier issue.
They said they would refund the flag but could not replace the flag since they would all be 4 inches short.
They have the correct shade of green for the Mexico flag.

The sticks are thick and the flags are well woven to support Highwinds… have them on my motorcycles we go 75 miles an hour, and they look great in the wind

History
The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
