I ordered a 12 x 18 flag but mail service seemed to have lost my order. After patiently waiting for some time, I contacted the flag store who sent a replacement. The Flag Store immediately sent out a replacement.
Thank you so much for sending a replacement flag for my original order lost by postal. The Legionnaires at American Legion Post 41 send their appreciation.
Other stores did not have a certain flag in the size needed. Legionnaires wanted a set of US territorial flags in a certain size..

This was my second flag from your company. Very pleased with it until a couple of days before Memorial Day. Someone just came up to my yard and stole it! UGH...I will be ordering another one but I have to save up for it because we are on a fixed income and my husband is 100% service connected Vietnam war veteran.

My husband and I purchased these flags for the kids in our neighborhood to carry in the Parade of Athletes to kick off the Backyard Olympics! The kids stood for the anthem, cited the Olympic Creed then participated in the Torch Run, carrying the 1996 torch that my husband carried as it travelled from Greece to Atlanta! Great way to kick off the Olympics and keep the spirit alive!

The package I received was damaged And the United States of America flag staffed was cracked. I had to glue and tape it back together. I was not satisfied with the method use in the Packaging and Shipment of this item.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
