I am pleased so far. I found your site & ordered the flag very quickly. I will be thrilled if it gets here by the expedited shipping date that I paid extra for. UPDATE: I did receive the flag a day later than I had hoped and paid for but in all fairness it did say "estimated delivery" when I placed the order. Fortunately the flag is just perfect. It's a high quality, beautifully made product. I would definitely order from here again if I ever need another flag.
I had a very negative experience with Daniel on your chat feature. He was to send me info by email, that never happened. When I followed up he referred to the info he didn't send and when pressed, directed me the site I was already on chatting with him. I decided to order anyway, as your products appear to be best, but then I was unable to use the FLAG5D coupon that you had sent me.

I was disappointed when I received my flag and pole kit. The website talked about American Made products, but when I received my order they were all marked with "Made in China" instead.
Paid and extra $100 expedited shipping to receive flag order in time for funeral but did not arrive in time (the day before as adveritesed) to take to sister's funeral. But I did make a little memorial speech that my sister always planted the little flag on memorial day.
I had hoped to give a little flag to each of those attending the burial service.

Yes I received my package but it was delivered to the wrong house cuz I transposed the numbers. But the individual that this email and me was not very compassionate and does not belong in customer service made me feel like I was trying to pull a scam on him.
As a senior with no tech skills I had trouble ordering and wasn't sure if my order was received.
The following day I got an email recipe for $73. I called the# on the receipt and was told the additional AMT was shipping. She said I had requested expedited. So for a $13 item I was charged $73. Who would do that. I was sure I had checked the cheapest (I don't need the hanger til Christmas). The hanger was en route, there was nothing she could do, end of story. Hard lesson learned

I am not happy with my experience. I ordered a personalized flag case on the 14th of this month. I paid the extra $15 for faster shipping hoping it would only take a few days to get here as it was a gift. It is now the 25th and it still shows backordered on the website. I called and sat on hold for 43 minutes before I got to a representative to let me know that it will most likely be another 2 weeks. This is not good and I would have gone somewhere else if I had known it would take this long.
The clips flew off, the plastic bends, I would spend a little more for something that would hold up better, so disappointed, thought I was going to be so happy, my Vietnam veteran brother passed away this memorial day and I wanted to put them on all our cars.

Sadly I sent you and e-mail of the problems with the flag. The sewing of the strips were a quarter of an inch out of alinement looks very poor quality plus the stars threads were loose.

Link/ rontp age returned my money and pleased with the result. Do not fall for scammers. I recommend them.
Site said it was "in stock" after ordering, site says it is backordered. After numerous e-mails and phone calls, they said they would expedite it. No expedite and no answered e-mails, cancelled order. How these clowns stay in business is simple, lie, lie and dodge.

Ordered product on line. Cashed check right away. Called 4 days later and they said their vendor was 2 days behind. Called 2 days later they said it was being produced but will ship the 13th. Called the 15th for tracking still not shipped. Advised I wanted an answer and expected next day shipping. Informed that is out of her control because it is a vendor. So question here is why and I buying from you and not your vendor. Asked about refund and they said it will be 24 to 48 hours. They did call back and advised that they had not even started the order yet and issued a refund I should see in 48 hours. Of course being Thursday that means I wait till monday before I can reorder from another company. Of course blamed it on Covid. Lets get real that is a cop out. Llying to a customer for two weeks over and over is not covid related. I would recommend avoiding this company as they are not a store. Just a middle man that has a problem with the truth as well as even answering the phone.

I bought two flags on April 25,2018, and they are ripped already, they mislead on the information that they will hold high wind, I bough them because they will last 3 years and they only last 2 months, after I called the customer service people and been on hold for 35 minutes, they told me that they were sorry but they can not do anything about it, so if you want to waste your money buy from this company, but I will never buy anything for them ever again.
The sight stated free shipping with order over $75.00. You still added $8.95 for shipping. The sight also stated 15% off but discount was only provided on one item. Very disappointed.

As for the 15% off, you received 15% off of the products that qualified for the promotion which were the Annin branded flags. The Super Tough flags that were a part of your order did not qualify for the 15% off discount.
I do live stage events. If you need to receive your items then don't use this company. They used a shoddy shipper, lost my items and are making me wait ten days to see if MAYBE they can find the 800 flags that I ordered! My event is in a week. They won't reship for ten days! I have to repurchase flags and now at a rush. Customer service has staff that make promises they cannot deliver on and others who say too bad, it's our policy. Well, good. You can't get me what I paid for so I won't ever order from you again. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I ordered my flag on March 29,2022. I kept checking to see when I would get it because my flag is ma cheap one that is being ripped to shreds. Today at 8:38 am, April 2,2022, I finally received word that my flag has SHIPPED. I am very disappointed that I pay and they take their good old time getting it out to me. I went to them because I wanted to honor my country with an AMERICAN MADE flag but, I understand why people go elsewhere. Next time I will pay more for an American made flag/.
I ordered these bulbs on 4-3-17. I received a shipment where there was little to no packing in the box and thus all the bulbs were broken. This was not my fault.
I was promised that the new bulbs would be shipped right away. They were not.

I ordered a pleated flag which arrived screwed up in a tight bag, creased and wrinkled so badly it was not used over Memorial Day. Bad way to treat a pleated flag
Neither flag that I purchased was dimensioned as described. The "12x18 USA Flag" actually measured 12x19. The "12x18 not-Texas Flag" measured 11 3/8 x 19 and was a pathetic reproduction of the state's flag with the star perhaps 20 percent of the intended size and no where close to the middle of the blue field. I would not recommend The US Flag Store to anyone.
They didn't bother to tell me they had discontinued the flag I ordered until ten days after I ordered it. Then I had to call to see where my flag was.

I ordered two flags to use to sew onto a student's graduation stole on April 19. According to tracking, it was "damaged and returned to sender" on April 24. I was never notified of that status, and in fact on April 24 the status of my order was changed to "completed." On May 3,9 days after this, I attempted to add the order to my account in order to find out why I had not yet received them, but I could not. When I reached out to customer service, they told me that the package was being returned due to address issues (not what was noted on the tracking) and asked me if I wanted a refund or reship. I asked for a reship and was told it was submitted for reship on May 3. The item was not shipped until May 5 and I didn't receive it until May 10. This was over 3 weeks after the original order was placed. My student was unable to have the flags on her stole for her graduation pictures. I am deeply disappointed that there was no attempt to reach me on April 24 to try to correct the address issue and complete delivery, if that was indeed the problem and not damage to the package, and I wonder how long before someone would have finally contacted me had I not reached out first. I will not be ordering from here again.
