Was easy to shop & place my order but with the quality of their blue line flag it's just ok for now. I expected a better "seams stitched" flag for what I paid but it wasn't. It at least had the grommets. I fly it under an American flag on a 50' pole. I'll give it 3-4 months max before it starts to shred. I'll look elsewhere next time.

My complaint is about the packaging and shipping container. The shipping box was in very bad condition... ripped and torn. I was relieved that the 3 individual boxes inside were fine. Just thought the company should know. We are enjoying the flag kit.

I was under the impression that I would receive the 10% discount advertised on your ad; however, I did not. It appeared that I had to have an account with you. I have been ordering with your business for over ten years and assumed I did. I am still confused over what you require. I received my merchandise but in the future will buy local.

I compared two suppliers. One clearly stated made in China. I called to check on your product and was told it was NOT made in China. That is why i selected your site for the purchase of these flags. The flags were obviously intended to be placed on veteran's graves. What was China's involvement in the Vietnam War?
The POW/MIA flag was not manufactured in China, which turned out to be deceitful.
The intent was to honor our POW/MIA veterans

I am looking for an American made flag pole and when I got to check out it as made in China! I finally found one that worked for me that was U.S. made. This happened with another company and when it arrived I saw it was made in China. I will send this one back to if it isn't made in the United States. You should also offer a military discount.

I received the case in a timely manner however there was a crack in the bottom corner of it when I opened the product. Is there a way I can return it and get a new one? The crack is fairly small, but I am using it for an art piece for my thesis show in my senior year in college and I would appreciate it to be as displayed. As I said, it is small but I would like to know if there was a way I could get it replaced. Thank you for your time.

The flag arrived as advertised and looks great. The only way I could track the package was to download an app and create an account. The last thing I need is another app that will never get used again. I reached out to the company to see if they could tell me when the flag had shipped or when it would arrive, but they never got back to me. Overall, the experience was just ok. There are other flag stores I will look at the next time I need a flag.

Ordering was easy, BUT there were no instruction on how the poll light had to be attached on top of poll.I do not have a screw ornament on top of my poll to hold the light.and I'm not sure what size ornament screw size I need to purchase…the bottom poll circumference is 9 1/2 " and I think I have a 20 to 25 foot long poll…your help ordering the correct threaded ornament is needed to use the light.thanks art

They wanted me to confirm my home address before they could deliver the package with the flags. It sounded odd, so I didn't respond and the package was delivered several days later, Mon 24 Apr, with the address label in tact.

My shipment was short. I ordered and paid for 10 flags and received only 1 flag. I have contacted your office and I am supposed to be getting the other 9 flags. When I get the other 9 flags then I will rate you at 5 stars if everything goes ok

I placed the order on 11/26/23 and only just received it 12/11/23. The order seemed to be lost for a while, as it arrived in OH and sat there for 8 straight days according to tracking. So when I inquired about the order being possibly missing at this point, the company responded that it takes 3-5 business days to process and about 7-10 for shipping, which is a bit ridiculous, and not even the question I asked. I only mentioned it hadn't been moved in 8 days and what to do as I thought it may have been lost by UPS. One of the flags came in broken and missing its stick, which I thought was weird that they would send something like that. Otherwise, for the price, they are what is to be expected.
Price, exact size of flag I needed, selection of flags I needed.
I needed these size flags for my Christmas tree and couldn't find them anywhere else.

Took longer to receive than originally anticipated. When placing order I read I'd receive within 1-2 days not a week. But, in the end, I did receive them. I guess it'd be DHL to blame (maybe) not United States Flag Store... hmmmm.

The flag holder was slow in coming (it sat in the Chattanooga, TN Post Office for over 1 week before being delivered to me (10 miles away).
Communication with the company was poor. No response to my non-delivery.

The order was easily placed, with receipt projected in a few days. But on the day I thought my order would arrive, I received a vague message that there was some problem. My order arrived the following week, but I didn't receive an updated message to explain the delay. So I am satisfied with the order, but feeling a bit puzzled by the incomplete communications.
If I need to order flags in the future, I would order again from the United States Flag Store.

I don't know how, but the Thin Blue Line flag that I ordered... well, I managed to miss that it was not the same size as the other flag I ordered, and that it was a printed flag. Nothing wrong with that... just not what I typically order. Not looking to return it, but it's still in the box. We will probably give it to one of our LE customers.
We typically fly 2 flags here at the shop. The American Flag, and then one other. Last time it was a Gadsden Flag. We like the historical flags, but I did not see any on your website when I ordered these. As we hold the LE Community in high regard, I went with the Think Blue Line flag instead of a historical flag.

The flags and pricing were great. The shipping was weird. It was a combination of UPS followed by USPS. The tracking number provided only allowed tracking for the UPS part of the journey. After the post office gets it there is no longer any way to track the package.

The items I received were very nice and well packaged. Communications was very poor and the tracking numbers were useless. It would of been good if shipper had indicated items being shipped separately.

Your suggestion to edit my address omitted my apartment number and changed the name of my town! I would have never received my order if I followed this suggestion. You should correct your "intelligent " software.
