United States Flag Store

Flag was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition but upon reading the very fine print I found that it was labeled as made in China. I was led to believe that it was US made, and I avoid Chinese made products if possible. I don't like funding our enemies.

I was disappointed in that the flag was stapled to the pole. I wanted to use it on a special car mounted type pole so it needed to be of the type that would slip over a different pole. I hope you know what I mean. And there was not enough to sew into a loop without covering up a few of the stars.

I was shopping for U.S.A. made flags. Our flags should only be made in the U.S.A. I received my order and the box has printed in bold letters, made in Vietnam. I was very disappointed to see that 1. False advertising 2. Our distributors have to rely on other countries for our U.S. Flags. 3. I ordered through you because I wanted only U.S. made flags.

Order came on time. Price was reasonable. Disappointed that the color for the flag of Israel is so faint and not as vibrant as hoped. The Israeli flags are curled at the edges and do not respond to moisture and weights to flatten. There is no indication where the Israeli flags were made. The Ukraine flags were made in China. Can't the United States Flag Store make flags in the United States?

Slow delivery. I kept getting confusing messages. I was told it had been shipped. Then I was told it had been delayed. That went back and forth. But I did finally receive it, and this was the first time I have ever had any problem with a purchase from The U S Flag Store.

Will review after i receive the flag kit.,received kit.nice flag sturdy pole. During assembly i dropped the pole and the knob on top flew off. Will glue on.as far as the flag not twisting around pole, on a windy day it's not happening

So i ordered 2 of the same flags and received to flags made of different thickness of the nylon fabric. One is just like the ones I have previously ordered, and the other, not so much…. I even recycled the old flag box because neither of the two flags came in a box.

You have out sourced your customer service to a company with employees that don’t know the slightest information about your product

You sent me the wrong item, I had to run to the post office to ship back out. You did not ship out the right flag until after you received the old flag, so I waited longer for the correct item. And your shipping is slow.

The first delivery went missing. It was shipped and delivered the next day but I was never informed it was shipped or delivered so I hadn't been looking for it, I didn't realize it had been delivered until I checked on my order 5 days later. I requested that I be informed when the order was shipped again. Some of the order was back ordered. Luckily one day I was coming in and saw the package, because I wasn't informed it was shipped or delivered until the next day.

The flag poles were very nice the installation was a little disappointing on how both flags polls came with different tubes to put the flags poles in one was a 3 inch and one was a 4 inch one was only 2 foot long and the other one was 3 foot long did not feel that that was adequate to hold these flags ended up going to the hardware store and getting the proper pipe to put in the ground

Having to call you to confirm my CC information, etc is understandable, but that shouldhave been expressed in the initial moments of the conversation- I had to drag the reason out of the person on the line. That is not a way to make for customer satisfaction

Site kept saying my cart was empty when I had an item in it.But after several attempts it worked.
Quality of flag was well worth a little hassle.

When I placed my order, the confederate flags were in stock. Then, I received a message that they were on backorder. Needless to say, I was disappointed! I hope they're back in before Veteran's Day! I also hope that you didn't cancel that part of my order! I was very pleased with the flags that I did receive! Thank you!

This is the third time that I have tried to order these flags. Hopefully I don't get a message from you saying that they once again are out of stock and then later have the order cancelled. They Finally arrived. The 3rd time is a charm

The delivery driver dropped the package over the fence instead of placing it in the newspaper box where the 2 labador dogs could not get to it...they opened the package and inspected the contents...need i say more?

I purchased an American flag for the purpose of displaying it in the Jefferson Folded flag Case that I also purchased from you. My wife and I spent over an hour trying to fold the flag as directed in your utube video. Our conclusion is that the flag was incorrectlly sewn making it impossible to fold the flag and only show stars. I will be calling you after Christmas for a refund.

I'm very happy with the flag pole although I am not happy with the shipping charges. I paid $150 to have the flag pole shipped express for it to be shipped UPS regular now maybe I was in an area where I was going to get it overnight but then you shouldn't charge Xpress charges. I ran the shipping department for 30 years and this is unacceptable. I did call and talk to the girl and she told me there was nothing she could do but this is inexcusable.

The box was received in bad condition. One end of the box was torn around the circumferance and the other end had a hole in it. Parts could have easily fallen out of the box. The driver did not ring thee doorbell so I didn't have the opportunity to confront him about the damage.

The flag was correct and material used was appropriate.
However, the stick for the flag was very short!
It did not match the American flag. Both flags put at our son's grave.
I had to take a stick from a spare American flag and repurpose it.
Put Armenian flag on correct sized stick & eliminated your short stick

I phoned to get help. I guess I didn't mention that my flag goes on the pole via 2 grommets on the flag. When I phoned again to ask how to attach the flag, I was told this pole is for flags that slide onto the pole. So I had to buy another accessory for the flag to be mounted, specifically "AEZI1 EZ Mount Plastic Clips" - plus shipping. I am waiting on delivery of those to see if it all works. It would have been better to have included how the flag attaches in the initial conversation then the shipping for the Clips would not have been extra cost for me..

The flag was too big for my 25 foot pole with 2 flags of the same size. We also fly a Norweigian flag on the same pole. I returned your flag wanting to exchange for a 2x3 foot flag. I've not yet heard back on your receiving the return.

To make sure I was ordering the correct thing I called customer service to talk with someone. I did not want an indoor flag base that you had to add sand to in order for it to be weighted as we have two of them and we weren't pleased with them. I wanted the solid metal weighted one that you don't add sand to. Well they just had one of the solid ones so I had to choose another base. I was told that it was weighted and that you didn't have to add sand to it. Well the first thing that came in a week later was a base and an 8 lb bag of sand. I called and was emailed a return shipping label and ordered another one just like the weighted one that came. I wasn't told that they didn't have any in stock so hopefully will get this one in a week.

I already have described it.
When I called back for a shipping label to return the incorrect base and order another one they had to call me back 10 minutes later because they failed to realize there was a $10 difference in the price and she hadn’t collected the money.
I have not gotten the same number of emails with this order as I did with the original order so hope everything is ok.

Received Flag promptly, I believe my flag was not checked before shipment, I found several long strands of treads over a foot long on my flag, had to trim them before I could fly it. I like my colors, please attention to detail.

My son paid extra for 2 day shipping and we still haven't received the flags yet. He emailed your company this morning but hasn't heard back. I just found the phone number so will call tomorrow.
