I have purchased two residential flag poles and several US, State, International and specialty flags from this store. I have yet to encounter a problem with any. Some of the lower cost flags have been destroyed but only after months of use sometimes in high winds. Still, I am very pleased with the results I have had from this store. Many products are Chinese made, and if that bothers you, avoid those. But overall, a great online retailer.

US made. I have previously purchased a flag from this company. It is very good quality and has held up well in the elements. Decided to get another d/t fading which happened over time. I also purchased a new flagpole due to mine snapping in high winds.

Originally, i messed up my order and the order was blocked. A sales representative, Ms Andrea Osborne, reached out to me and not only fixed the order but asked questions. Her initiative helped me purchase even more flags for our local town project.
Quality of the product and fact that it is made in the USA.

Ordering was easy, delivery fast (this time). There have been times our orders were delayed with no communication to us. If you need something on time, order well in advance. Don't waste your money on shipping charges because there is no telling when your order will arrive and communicating with customer service is like talking to a brick wall, you won't hear anything back.
Zero help. Will not use this company again.

Don't hesitate to buy; these are made from heavy duty fabric, they are sewn very well and have strong grommets. I purchased 6 to hang from our front porch railing. Could not be more pleased- they are beautiful! Thank you US Flag Store for prompt delivery!

I experience winds from 15-45 mph daily. It's only been four days, so I'll let you know after a month, on 3/17/23 how the construction of the flag holds up. My last flag, the quad perimeter stitch held up, however the stripes started to shred.

I did this review before. What I said was that the flag is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and I LOVE IT! The stars are embroidered which I just LOVE. It looks wonderful above my Texas flag of the same size. I could not be happier!

I'm disappointed with the lack of consistent quality with this order. I had A lot of flags that we're crinkled in the packaging, poorly stapled to the wood and came apart.

My husband passed away on the 5th of this month. We had talked about getting three flags for our son's for the memorial service. Your company made this possible with the ease of finding what I needed at a price not to outrageous. He was denied everything from the VA. He died of complications due to Agent Orange. Thank you again. I will recommend this site to other people.

I love these smaller flags the quality is excellent and they are beautiful. They have plastic clips on them which keep the flag from sliding down the wood stick. The color doesn't fade. Bought some a few years ago and they still look great. Wanted to place more flags in my yard for patriotic occasions so just bought some more. Fast shipping.

It's been 8 days since I placed my order and it is still "in process". Holds were placed on checking account for billed amount but never processed and eventually removed (unprocessed). Very disappointed. I'll give them 1 chance to fix it and if not, I cancel the order.

Very good! I ordered online, it was straight forward, and the package arrived on time! I replace damaged flags, and add extras for extended displays. We display 250 flags in honor of Veterans, those currently serving, and First Responders!

It took way too long to receive the flag. The flag appears to be high quality. Hope it lasts awhile. Nice bright colors. But 2 weeks from order date to receipt is not good. Part of what makes Amazon so attractive is its quick processing time. How do they ship from China so fast? Ha!

Although the tractor is only three years younger than I am and has been completely restored by the previous owner I certainly want to give it the best care that I can. I purchased duel flag pole light and I have been happy with my purchase! The flag looks great at night and the installation was no bad but it will be easier if you have a second set of hands. I let it charge for two days before use and it lasts dusk til dawn! Very satisfied!

Finding what I wanted was easy. I guess I am too spoiled with many online products I order being delivered relatively quickly... it took over a week to get the flags and they were delivered 2 days after the estimated delivery date. Missed out on having them out for Memorial Day. I will know to order way ahead of time if I order again.
