It's a gift. I wish I'd bought one for myself. The durability is super. We fly our flags 24/7 and although this hasn't been used it, the construction and material I eel will hold up compared to the ones we've been flying.

The items arrived a head of time which was great. Shopping online was easy. Quality products for the price. I purchased them for the camper, I will be happy when winter is over so they can be displayed outside. I like showing folks that I am proud to be American.

Life on the Chesapeake Bay is hard on flags; Wind, Rain, Salty air destroys the flags fabric, very quickly. Purchased both banner (slides over a pole) and standard grommet flags. Order arrived in less than 7 days and it absolutely perfect. New flags are already flying.

I ordered the Gold ball topper. The post goes from 1/2" to 3/4". 3/4 is too large to go thru a night lighter.
I am obligated to pay shipping of 12.00 on a 20.00 product.

Hand grinder and file have worked wonders..

This is the second flag we have ordered. The previous flag, same one, did not hold up very well. We did leave it outside year round, so it kind of fell apart. A more long lasting and hardy material would be appreciated.

It took almost 2 weeks for the flags to get here. By then the Thanksgiving flags were useless so they went away for next year. The Christmas one is out now. And i gave the other Christmas flag to my grand daughter. There was a 10% off offer, but kept saying invalid. After some back and forth, it was credited to my account. But the flags are very nice. Just a delivery on time problem.

Love this country and our flag! I fly it with pride and si much respect for those that cane before us and have given their lives for the Freedoms we enjoy

I am pleased so far. I found your site & ordered the flag very quickly. I will be thrilled if it gets here by the expedited shipping date that I paid extra for.
UPDATE: I did receive the flag a day later than I had hoped and paid for but in all fairness it did say "estimated delivery" when I placed the order. Fortunately the flag is just perfect. It's a high quality, beautifully made product. I would definitely order from here again if I ever need another flag.

Was looking for a Wichita city flag. Your company had exactly what I wanted/needed and it came much faster than I anticipated. The quality is VERY nice. I also got 6 extra flag clamps at a nice price and I will order more items in the future. Thanks for having such a great site: easy to use and great customer service.

I've flown many American flags over the years, some lasting better than others. The ones I bought from you are beautiful, colors are bright and stitching is perfect, but the bottom line is it's made in America!

Had an item back ordered. I called customer service and they were quick to send out the other items ahead of the entire order. I'm a repeat customer, and very pleased with this company and their products.

I likely would have ordered two Marine markers if you had offered some sort of "discount" for ordering multiple items. My son is an Army Veteran and I might have ordered a third marker (U.S. Army) in honor of him~ so his wife might display it proudly among their home's landscaping.

The quality of your photograph is good but I'm of the opinion that a "closeup" would better allow your customers to see the excellent quality of the castings' details and the colors, too!

I DO NOT like the "visual puzzle" sort of "verification that I'm not a robot. Sometimes the photos are such crappy quality that details cannot be clearly discerned.

I ordered these and they arrived within a couple of days. I like the hard cardboard box for shipping to protect the small flags. It's a minor but important thing I appreciate so that they don't get inadvertently bent, crushed or broken during shipping. =)

The item was actually available, unlike at other places, and their customer service was professional. I also enjoyed that my item was delivered within an expeditious timeframe without having to expedite it.

The customer service representative was able to assist and answer question.

I ordered a a gift to someone else. The flag came to them in a timely manner, and the quality of the flag was good. But this follow is disappointing.
You send and email to the buyer but you use the name of the ship to person in the greeting? That makes no sense and say to me your have an automated system that is not set up properly and the company does the follow up a an after thought. Very disappointing.

Finding the flags on the Web site was easy enough but, I wish I wouldn't of been successful doing so.

The website was easy to use and shipped quickly. The flag was great quality.

The pole was a perfect fit for an existing concrete base. I appreciated the care and attention to detail in packaging the flagpole prior to shipment (bubble wrap, double boxing). The exterior box showed signs of multiple handling, but the interior parts and components arrived intact and without a scratch or dent.

Although I received my order on time, 15 flags were not stapled properly and therefore, not usable. Two others arrived with broken wooden dowels which made those unusable as well. I wrote to the address that confirmed my order, but have not received any response.

Overall, I am satisfied. I ordered about 22 flags. They look great! Though they are all 18" by 12" about half have about a 1/2" extra amount of material on the stick side as well as better made (perhaps a little thicker material). It is for my classroom and doesn't look awful.
One other thing, I received a Panama flag instead of Paraguay.

My shopping experience so far has been easy. Trying Super Tough for the first time. The last flag I purchased was a Valley Forge. I put it up on Memorial Day this year. Very disappointed as I already have to replace it. Faded out and it was a top of the line outdoor flag.
Hopefully this one will hold up. Next will be a new pole.

Needed my flag for a parade and they got it to me in plenty of time, even though I ordered less than a week before. Thanks for your speedy service. Parade was excellent with the Ohio State flag out in front.
