Ordered 4 flag poles to use on special occasions ( memorial, veterans and flag day etc)
At our two cemeteries in town. The shipping was fast and they were well packed. The flag poles are very good quality and just what we wanted.

Could not find one of these anywhere, found one less costly but not made the same.
This would of been perfect, if it was a little less $$. Havent fixed the flag pole yet but will write another review when I do.

Was happy to make a purchase for my father's flag who proudly served in the United States Navy. He passed Thanksgiving off 2022. I was hoping to purchase a Navy service medallion also but it has been out of stock for months.

The order experience was easy enough and the assembly was pretty easy. We were just unable to get the lower joints inserted into each other "level", so our flag poles leans some from the first joint up. The ground piece is level.

Only problem I have with the order is that all three gold ball ornaments that go on top of the three flagpoles were damaged. The thin aluminum was easily crushed by the weight of the flagpoles during shipping. More padding or a separate compartment for them should be part of preparing the flagpoles for shipment. I will be contacting customer service to request replacements.

It was so easy to order, and shipping was very quick. Had the wrong date on the plaque but they immediately took care of it. If I ever needed anything. This would be the place. My husband would have been proud of what I received. The flag case and plaque were awesome. Thank you.

I am a longtime customer who has ordered a lot of cemetery flags from you. This is the very first time I gave felt the quality of them was lower. They are usually top notch. This time they were ok. We had several that broke or a staple gave way on the flag. Never had problems on past years.

Well so far so good. I fly a flag outside 365. Have to replace them about every 6 months. I'll have a better ideal come the 6 month mark to which I would gladly re-evaluate. The look and apparent craftsmanship is better than any I've previously got so we will see.

Ive ordered flags and parts for many years. Great pricing for the product. The order was easily made on line. The packaging protected the items inside. The order took only a few days to arrive. The flags USA, POW and ARMY fly easy in a light breeze and look great. As usual, some care and maintenance needs to be followed especially in Nevada weather (ie., sun and wind)

I belong to a few groups of patriotic people. These groups are dedicated to American history. My orders are always handled perfectly and arrive quickly. I bought Ohio state flags once to posted at Ohio monuments in Gettysburg. Everyone asked where I got them. I can find everything I want here.

Experience fine- have purchased flags here before. Very satisfied. On this order, delivery seemed to take a long time. A follow up email alerted me to the slow delivery so I was not upset. I was in no rush for the items. No harm-no foul!

Great site & prices, totally happy with the quality of the flags. My only caveat (hence the four stars) is that about four of the small flags I ordered were shipped folded and smashed. The rest of them (20-something) were shipped nicely packed and flat or rolled, but I'm still working on smoothing out the ones that came folded strangely. Overall I would definitely purchase from them again!

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
