Item did not ship for 7 days from day of purchase tho it said it was in stock and usually ships within 1-2 days. Item arrived 2 days after being shipped. Item was a flag case for my dad's burial flag. It is well made. Comes packed and protected very well. It is made in the USA which was very important to me. There is no way in hell that his flag would be displayed in a chinese made case. Overall I am pleased and would order again from them. If it said shipped within 5-7 days then I would not even bring it up. I did a chat and the man on other end was very professional. It seemed like he checked into it because case shipped following day.

I received my order of 10 flags promptly and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of manufacturing and materials. These are for myself…family and friends who are all going to absolutely love them!

First time buyer. Nice website. Search is quick and accurate. Process is smooth. Price is great. High quality product. The only minor disappointment is that the 12" x 18" flags were folded instead of rolled so I had to press the creases out of them instead of just wetting and hanging to dry.

I ordered this for my class who did a project on Maine. They wanted small flags for their project, and I was afraid they would come in time. You got them here FAST. Thank you! And your prices cannot be beaten.

This flag pole is an excellent product. The only thing that could make this purchase a little better is to include the instructions within the box. They are available online but not everyone has the means to view and print them.

This is a great company with great service and variety. Burlap USA garden flag is a knock out. Very unique. Non-furl kit well worth the price, but will have to dedicate a separate new pole for it because you attach flag with small zip ties. Not an easy off/on system.

I called May 21st and sent pictures of our issue with the 21' pole. I was told the replacement pole would ship on June 5th. Today is June 13th and absolutely no correspondence from anyone. I have email then 3 times and only received a canned response. Not real impressed, but will keep trying.

I was shopping for additional pairs of flags for my victory garden kits that contain genuine Ukrainian garden seeds. I saw that many companies have greatly increased their prices on 3' x 5' Ukrainian flags, without explanation. This is very discouraging.

Bought Led bulbs from lightup before, was very satisfied. This time part of my order was out of stalk according to the service rep, even though the website said they were in stock. Had my order changed to only in stock items, but the lost my order form, initial order was 3/28, current shipping status says my bulbs should be here before 4/26 almost 1 month later.

Great tribute to a friend who was in the navy and apparently forgotten by family. No grave marker for him after a year so I bought this and put his name on it. The professional look of this marker is great.

I was given great customer service and advice. I received the order quicker than expected. The flag bracket broke within 5 days of putting it in. A storm caused the damaged but the flag and pole had no damage. I am on vacation now but I will be in contact with you about the matter on my return.

The best that anyone buying a new flag can ever get fast delivery, great prices, great products, I am a disabled navy veteran, we bought a 30 foot one piece flag pole, 5x8 flags for fifteen years now, won't stop

Ordered my flag on May 4 just before noon and the payment cleared my bank May 5. I ask about shipping options and picked and Paid $33.58 for 2 day shipping. My receipt states under shipping method "Best Way Two Day". Received a email at 11:49 May 6 stating my order has shipped and will arrive on May 10 by 8pm. So much for paying for 2 day shipping. When I call, the woman I spoke to told me it's not their responsibility to get me my product in 2 days it's the shipping companies responsibility. I asked for a refund and was told flat out NO. Will never do business with this company ever again. This company is not willing to take responsibility for what their customer pays for. No excuses!

Easy website to use. Order arrived right away. These flags are well made and stand up to wind and weather so well. I have kept a US Flag Store peace flag flying on my house for years. I like to change out the flags every several months, not because they need it, but to insure that passersby notice them. It my way of wishing Peace for the World.

Bought this flag for our office as we increase our defense contracts (gotta look patriotic!) and it looks exactly how I expected! It's sturdy and easy to put together. The ornament on top is solid metal, which gives it some heft and feels nice. (However, I read reviews that this makes it too heavy to use the flag for things other than just mounting/standing it up - that didn't affect my use, but just fyi) Looked all over to find a similar option for less $ and this was best deal I found in terms of quality for price. I like that you got to pick and choose exactly how you wanted the flag from the pole length, to the fringe around the edge, to the ornament on top. Shipping took a little bit, but overall, a very good choice.

I ordered a Valley Forge pole and when my son came to put it up we discovered the bracket that goes on top was missing the wheel that you would feed to rope through. Now I have to try and get a replacement part from you.

This package took way to long to arrive. It was several days before the order was shipped and I actually received a tracking number and delivery was delayed. Did call to find out where package was and person was not helpful. Emails received from your company were also very confusing...looked like spam. Will not be recommending this company going forward.

Got me just what I wanted in a very timely manner. Found item, placed order, all in under 10 minutes! I just wish I had read a little closer to realize it did not come with a flagpole. But I still love the flag!
