The box with items was left at the end of my driveway in the weeds and rain like tossed trash. Not your direct jurisdiction but new shipping options may be needed.

Products are as described and fairly priced, shipping took too long IMO. I had to call and complain and miraculously after complaining my order showed up 4 days later.

I ordered these flags to place at the cemetery on Memorial weekend. The 3 staples would not hold them in place with the wind we have so my husband added more staples. Other than that I'm satisfied.

Super Tough US Stick Flag 8x12in, Black Stick, No Tip: These flags were stapled to the sticks, which would have been fine if they had been stapled correctly. We had to pound in every staple as every single one was barely in. Would have given this one star, but we ordered a lot of larger stick flags and larger non-stick flags and they were all good.

Ordered a 7' pole received an 8' -- We'll cut it down to size, The finial was super large 7.50"w x 7.25"h vs our 5"w x 7"h - having to pay extra for a smaller finial
Polite, courteous, and helped address return and exhange for correct size
Told it was Veteran owned and most products made in USA
Looked to be closest match to a pole kit we currently have

Ordered the wrong size flags for my displays. Was disappointed there wasn't a standard size smaller to exchange like other online flag stores. The return process is confusing and can get costly.
It was a complicated return procedure, but the rep was able to explain it clearly.

Product appears to be good but very slow on delivery and not delivered on time as per the order was told we would receive a flag in a separate delivery and it to date has not shown up

The grommet spacing on the new bunting is different than the spacing on my old flag, ths requiring me to purchase and install new grommets. The spacing of fhe grammets should be standardized. The circumference of the bunting is also different. 3 by 6 should be a stnadardized 3 by 6

I fly flags off a standard wooden staff properly equipped with non furling hardware and mounted on standard 45 mount off side of house.

I do a lot of personal flag folds for retirees and this flag, the union seemed big. When I finished the flag fold, it finished puffy. Great material, I didn't want to use nylon or polyester.

How would I know the answer to this question before I receive my product? I do get email asking if I've received my order and asking if I want to cancel it. Who writes code to send these?
They were as confused about this as I am and deal with it with humor.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
