I realized an exceptionally satisfying experience, in every regard, with my purchase of 1 each Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day garden flags that were of extraordinary high quality regarding both design and construction. I highly recommend these garden flags!

I ordered a Flag and pole to place on the grave of my husband. He was a Disabled American Veteran and died unexpectedly in 2015 just 3 days shy of his 50th birthday. He was a very patriotic soul his entire life and had always expressed that he didn't care how big his grave marker or stone was as long as an American Flag flew over his final resting spot. Thanks to United-states-flag I was able to afford a better quality flag and pole than I expected therefore giving him the memorial he deserves. Delivery was quick and shipping was free. I recommend this company to everyone. Thanks so Much for giving me the opportunity to do this last thing for Bob.

We have our 6X10 Old glory flying on a 30-foot pole, and it don't take much wind for her to gently wave and we think the largest flag in our country area. Workmanship appears to be very good, with the test of time to tell.
We liked your presentation and we fully expect the flag to hold up well for we are in tree country so our winds are tempered.
Old flag needed replaced, and I wanted the larges flag in the area.

Would not let me use your coupons. Would have ordered two more flags. Then tried to order two of the same flag to get the 3% discount. That did not work as well. You have problems with your web site. Your products are wonderful. Thanks hope you get it fixed before I order again.

Was easy to shop & place my order but with the quality of their blue line flag it's just ok for now. I expected a better "seams stitched" flag for what I paid but it wasn't. It at least had the grommets. I fly it under an American flag on a 50' pole. I'll give it 3-4 months max before it starts to shred. I'll look elsewhere next time.

My complaint is about the packaging and shipping container. The shipping box was in very bad condition... ripped and torn. I was relieved that the 3 individual boxes inside were fine. Just thought the company should know. We are enjoying the flag kit.

I was under the impression that I would receive the 10% discount advertised on your ad; however, I did not. It appeared that I had to have an account with you. I have been ordering with your business for over ten years and assumed I did. I am still confused over what you require. I received my merchandise but in the future will buy local.

I had to get replacements because the sticks were broken on two of the 6 six flags I ordered. If the six we packaged correctly - in bubble wrap around sticks like the two replacements that came, it would not have been such a fiasco.

The flagpole & flag are of excellent quality. Shipping took longer than we're used to, though, and having the flagpole delivered to our door, then finding our flag in our mailbox after sending you an email, saying it hadn't arrived, caused some confusion for awhile. All ended well, though.
They acknowledged our email quickly, but didn't have to follow up, as we located the flag later that day and notified them.
I would have gone through Amazon, but my husband, who almost never orders online and does not email or text, decided to order it in the middle of the night while I was asleep, leading him to have great difficulty ordering. Also, he believed your company was used by our son previously. He's 81 and did it by himself over 3-4 days, surrounding it by 3 layers of bricks and flowers. It is beautiful!

I ordered these particular flags because I fly them behind my Harley-Davidson. They can with stand the traveling I do for a while longer then the regular flags. These flags that I fly have a special meaning to me as I am a disabled Marine veteran, always live by the code of honor courage and commitment. They move with every breath of a fallen soldier, so I will honor them by flying them proudly.
Because United States flag store is the only one that I have found that carries the super knit lasting four times long flag.
For the durability to withstand the wind when traveling at 70+ mph.

Very easy process and very glad that you have PayPal! I have ordered a total of 48 flags over the past year and plan on ordering another two-dozen for the 4th of July. I have given a dozen each to my neighbors and now our street has dozens of flags proudly waving for Memorial Day Weekend.
