Had been looking for a grave marker for a while and found the United States Flag Store. Spoke to someone after reviewing the website and decided to order because they were knowledgeable, professional, kind and thorough during my call.
Found markers out in Veteran's circle in our cemetery and decided to look into the United States Flag Store
My husband served in the Navy as a young man and then served in the Army National Guard during Desert Storm so I needed a marker that would show his service and didn't want to get one for the Navy and one for the Army so the Veteran Marker I purchased fit what I needed to place at his gravesite.

Big selection. Quality small flags. Arrived when expected.
I use them on top of poles to mark the edges of our driveway so that mail and delivery trucks stay on the concrete :) The poles themselves were hard to see.

I wanted a new flag so I went to website and researched the flags found one I liked then purchased flag. With Great determination, Efficiency and accuracy the flag was shipped to my residence. After receiving the package I then open it with upmost care and safety, proceeded to unfurl the flag and hoist to the highest elevation of my flag pole where she flies with distinguished beauty and pride on a daily basis.
The product is american made and this was the first website to come up with american made flag.

This would have been 5 stars, but the order was late. I asked about the delivery date and they asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. If you are planning a memorial service for a loved one, you might not get your estimated delivery date. Mine was three weeks after the original date.

We wanted a larger flag for our flagpole, so we ordered an 8' x 12', and we are extremely happy with the quality and service that we received. If we ever need another flag, this will be where we order from again.

I signed up for the $5.00 discount on my order, and my flag is $59.33. I was told I did not meet the requirements for the discount. Then I was offered shipping protection which I declined. It's up to you to make sure my flag is delivered safely or you should deal with it. Now you're asking for feedback on a product I don't have yet. I'm hoping I am not going to be sorry for this purchase, and I think I should get a $5.00 refund.

I received the case in a timely manner however there was a crack in the bottom corner of it when I opened the product. Is there a way I can return it and get a new one? The crack is fairly small, but I am using it for an art piece for my thesis show in my senior year in college and I would appreciate it to be as displayed. As I said, it is small but I would like to know if there was a way I could get it replaced. Thank you for your time.

I originally ordered some flags from Amazon. When they came in a realized they were foreign made cheap junk! I immediately searched for American made natural fiber flags and found your website. I couldn't be happier! They are a GREAT quality, can be tea or coffee stained for vintage looking decor (if desired). And knowing they were made by people that love and live in America makes me happy!

The flag arrived as advertised and looks great. The only way I could track the package was to download an app and create an account. The last thing I need is another app that will never get used again. I reached out to the company to see if they could tell me when the flag had shipped or when it would arrive, but they never got back to me. Overall, the experience was just ok. There are other flag stores I will look at the next time I need a flag.

I'm happy with my purchasing experience & purchase. This flag is a gift to my grandson who's a staunch Republican. I noticed his "Don't Tread on Me" flag was quite faded (Don't know who he purchased from) so he'll be quite pleased with the new. His birthday is coming up... I can't wait to see his reaction to his old grama's purchase for him.

Our order was purchased on 12/13/2022, but we did not receive it until December 28th. The delivery date we were given was 12/16/22, which was almost 2 weeks before its arrival. We were able to track the movement until it got to Michigan. After that, we had no idea where it was. We have previously ordered flags from the Flag Store without issues, so were disappointed in the service this time.

My flag arrived when they said it would and the quality seems good. Only time will tell. So far, my only issue is the stars. They are not centered in the blue area of the flag and there is about a 1 inch gap of just blue at the bottom of the blue area. Not a big deal, but I don't think it should be that difficult to make sure everything is centered and even all the way around.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
