This is the third time I've stated the issues. One flag is shorter than the other. There is an arc in the blue field causing a bunching area in the stripes.

This is the second time I have ordered flags for our church from this website. The site is easy to navigate. They have the flags I needed, American, Christian and Alabama. I received my flags quickly and was very satisfied with my whole experience. I also really liked that they except PayPal.

These flags are the best yet I've bought. I use them on the motorcycle I ride (100K) and had to replace them many times from different venders. These new ones look and feel great. Their service was excellent too, very fast and complete delivery of my order.

Flag was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition but upon reading the very fine print I found that it was labeled as made in China. I was led to believe that it was US made, and I avoid Chinese made products if possible. I don't like funding our enemies.

I ordered my flag as its a symbolic piece of my heritage and my beautiful country. The flag store people are awesome they communicated with me very well informing me of my order.It was fast and fairly priced I enjoy it very much thanks to all at the flag store.

The order came and was quick to recieve but one of the eagles I bought for the top of the flagpole was broken in the box, the wing was cracked off. I'm not sure how fragile these things are but it was a bit depressing.

The ordering process was easy and the flags are even better than expected. Excellent quality.
The only issue was getting them on time. They were sent via USPS and it took longer than expected for them to arrive.

It was a very easy ordering process. However my only complaint was not being given tracking information. In the details it was said that we would have to inspect the delivery. However it was delivered without any notice.

Ordered a white powder-coated flag pole and received a satin aluminum model that was labeled white powder coated. The company advised me that their provider had mislabeled their entire inventory and no powder-coated units were available. They offered a refund for the price difference or a return. Their provider did them a disservice and I ended up keeping the satin model with some disappointment. I chose not to tackle repackaging the pole for a return

I ordered the wrong flag and had to send it back, they were very easy to work with and my new flag was sent to me with in days of returning the original flag.

The 20 ft flag pole is exactly what I expected! It looks great in my yard and the US Flag that came with it is a very good quality. It also came a lot quicker than was expected. So this purchase was absolutely worth it.

We got what we ordered but I received an email that said my order had shipped when only part of the order had shipped. That needs to be clarified because I was going to have to call to see what was going on but then got notified that another delivery was made.

These flags were individually wrapped in a plastic sleeve for protection, I was Amazed. These are going to be used as awards for students who are able to provide answers to questions about the history of our flag, its origin, what do each of the strips represent, the blue background- what does it represent and the stars. Respect for the flag, why the flag is folded in a triangle during ceremonies for Veteran, Diginatries, Firemen and Police Officers.
I chose United States Flag store as I was not able to acquire the repecial of the "Betsy Ross" flag locally. Upon searching the internet several options were made available. Your store was chosen due to the availability, reproduction, the various options and sizes made available for this particular item. I will be purchasing more of the min 'Betsey Ross" flags and the versions of the Tea Stained Flags as they replate the vintage version of the 13 colonies.

Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE Service!
I ordered and paid for two day priority mail. My package arrived 6 days later! I was utilizing my order for a party. If they had filled and sent my order as they agreed when I paid for it all would have been good. Instead, my order arrived 4 days after the party due to their dishonesty, lying, and failure to meet the expectation of delivery date as I paid for. Do not trust their quality or trustworthiness to meet agreed expectations of the customer.

Some time ago the Eagle Scott's made a flower area and sitting with a flagpole that has the Wisconsin flag. The flag was getting worn so the activity department replace this flag. Very well made, good martial. The flagpole is by a lake, so the wind does get strong. This flag will not get ripped a part for a very long time from the wind.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
