This is the first time I was unable to navigate the online app to order. I was very happy with the person from On Line Stores. She was able to look up my past orders and complete the transaction efficiently

Everything arrived as described; There are many options to choose from.

These flags will resist fading and wear. Super tough is what they are.

My order needed to be changed and no one contacted me for three days after the order was placed. There must be a method to edit or add to an existing order placed within 5 minutes of the origin order.

I love to fly my flag year round so I needed to find a flag that could stand up to the conditions. I ordered 1 each of the 3 that seemed most likely to be what I needed. Just touching them I knew I found some good quality flags.

This is a great site. Easy to use. Fantastic products. My go to place for flags and the flag holders I have ordered.

I was disappointed in that the flag was stapled to the pole. I wanted to use it on a special car mounted type pole so it needed to be of the type that would slip over a different pole. I hope you know what I mean. And there was not enough to sew into a loop without covering up a few of the stars.

I highly recommend purchasing products from this company. I will do business with, again.

I live on top of a hill where wind can be an issue for a flag that flies 24x7. I have tried several flags but so far this high wind polyester flag seems to be just the ticket. Much tougher that other flags.

I bought a 20ft residential pole from you about 3 weeks ago. I love it. Easy instructions of sitting it in the ground. We also took different size pc pipe and put inside the pole to give it more stability. The flag that came with it was beautiful. We couldn't find a light to shine on at night so we had to order one through you. We got it today. So have to wait 3 days for charging before we can use it. I am sure we will like it also.

I am so pleased with this company. Their service, whether on the phone or via the internet, their service is stellar.

Their delivery is also amazing, which is terrific since their product is wonderful. I hang my flags out all year long.

The $100 flag case was not shipped until 3+ days after ordering. It was poorly packed for transit. The air-filled packaging had all deflated, leaving thin films of plastic as the only cushioning around the product. There were scratches on the product. I'm not sure if they were from the poor packaging or were there when the product was shipped. It was a 100th birthday present for an Iwo Jima veteran, so there was no time to complain, return or reorder. He survived Iwo Jima with a few scratches of his own, but the scratches on his present bother me. US Flag was recommended to me but I cannot recommend it again.

The order was originally supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, August 30th, but didn't make it until Thursday, August 31st. However, the flags appear to be excellent quality. Our Cub Scout Pack uses them as part of a service project and fundraiser and places flags for subscribers on major flag holidays. The flags were flown from September 1 - September 11 and held up well. There was no indication of any damage from weather on any of the flags. I am very satisfied with the order.

Very well made material is a little heavier than my old one. I only had it a week but it just survived a very severe storm. We had last night very happy with it. No damage to it whatsoever. It looks great

Our church received the flag we ordered and it and the components were in place. Everything looked good and the flag was very impressive. My only regret is that the pole itself was not as smooth as I would have liked it. I don't think the wood of the pole was sanded enough before spraying with the finish, therefore to the touch it is a bit rough. Visually, it looks alright, however. The cotton cloth of the flag was thick and professional looking. The Federal base and the 8" eagle made it a winner!

I received the flags I ordered for the windows from my truck. The flags are very strong in the stems unlike some of the other manufacturers that they break off right away with any kind of wind these flags are durable at 65 miles an hour with no problems great product.

I was shopping for U.S.A. made flags. Our flags should only be made in the U.S.A. I received my order and the box has printed in bold letters, made in Vietnam. I was very disappointed to see that 1. False advertising 2. Our distributors have to rely on other countries for our U.S. Flags. 3. I ordered through you because I wanted only U.S. made flags.

Product description was sketchy. I had to order and put hands on to understand all aspects of what I was getting. Turned out OK but the customer should not have to guess about features of the product.

I received my order in the estimated shipping time, and I am satisfied with the quality of flags I received. One of the flags seems to have had a few printing errors and is a bit dirty as well, but what do you really expect for a six dollar flag.

The flag showed up on time and was exactly what I was expecting. An added bonus was the staff of the United States Flag Store calling me to make sure that it was me that had placed the order, due to the billing and shipping addresses being different. I appreciated the extra due diligence to make sure everything was on the up-and-up. Highly recommend and would use again.

My handkerchief is made of better material. The flag hangs in my shop next to the USA flag and the Union Jack flag and I can see through the new Armenian flag. Oh well life goes on. $2.95 flag ok but $4.95 to ship.?

Great flag stand for the price. It was shipped and received before date that was promised. I'd been looking for a flag stand to display larger flags. I searched for weeks and ordered two that were 3 times the price, only to find out they were out of stock. I guess a lot of places don't have them because of COVID-19. I was thrilled to find this one, especially at the price. And it seems to be really good quality.

I searched online for a new flag to replace the old one that had provided us with many beautiful years of service but had become too faded and frayed (now honorably looked after by local VFW). I wanted a flag made in the USA, found this outfit and decided to try it. The price was higher than for "US Flags" made in China or elsewhere outside US but what was most important to me was both US-made and high quality. The new flag came... it's very high quality -- gorgeous deep colors and excellent construction. Looks gorgeous out on the flagpole.
