The flags are beautiful, and present themselves well. I have received several favorable comments.
One flagpole was obviously used, and was covered with mold. It was immediately replaced.

I was delighted to find the flags I was looking for for my husband's grave. But after receiving them and opening the package, I discovered the US Air Force flags were manufactured in China. The US flags, however were manufactured in the US.
Price and you had the products I wanted.
However, I was very disappointed to find that the US Air Force flags I ordered were manufactured in China. Can’t you show more respect to our service members?

I have been searching for a flag hold with merchant marines emblem for a long time. I was so excited to finally find it at the Flag Store. You put sunshine in my heart.

I ordered these bulbs on 4-3-17. I received a shipment where there was little to no packing in the box and thus all the bulbs were broken. This was not my fault.
I was promised that the new bulbs would be shipped right away. They were not.
I was then promised they would be shipped on the 3rd of April. They were not
I was then promised that they would be shipped on the 16th. They were not.
Now they are saying they will be shipped on the 24th or so.
I asked for a refund and was told no because this is a reorder. This is terrible service

Fast, Easy, ALL GOOD! Since I fly my flags all year round, I sometimes need to replace them. United States Flag Store provides great sturdy flags.

This time I got the flag quicker that I expected, the quality is marvelous and I am most likely going to get another of the same flag so I will have a back up if and when something happens to this one.
Good selection and very strong flags are available, ones that can hold up to extreme weather situations and are tough enough not to be ripped to shreds in heave winds.

The American flag is flown at the condominium 24/7. The ocean winds blow pretty much every day. The Super Tough 5ft x 8ft Nylon American Flag holds up great and for a good price.
Value and convenience. Previous managers paid a lot more for less quality.

Easy to order. Prices are very good. Flags appear to be well. Super Tough flags have label indicating Made in USA. We'll see how long they last 30' up on the coast of the Atlantic.

Ordered products. Two flags and some flag pins. They didn't come as fast as Amazon ships, but they came in a reasonable amount of time. I am a return customer and have not been disappointed.
In the past I had a problem with getting the wrong pins twice. The lady I spot to got it straightened out.
I had bought from before and was satisfied. They help you if you have an issue and are pleasant about it. Originally I need to find flag pins and a flag. Found them on the internet and gave them a try.
We needed a new flag. My husband had ran out of his flag pins that he gives to people and that he uses on his hats and coat shirts.

We were in need of small 8x10" & 12x16" & 3x5' American & US Marine Corp. flags. Everywhere I searched the prices were too high or quality was undesirable.
I googled American flag & this company came up. The prices were reasonable, the quality was good & the assortment is great. They do have more than flags.
The great prices allowed me to get a new flag & the others we needed. They came to us within 5 days and are really beautiful!
Every flag, even the small ones are very well made! We couldn't be happier & now we have a great place to get all out flag flying needs.

The Nylon flags are well made. Had to order 2 polyester flags due to their unavailability in nylon. They still look nice. I prefer the nylon flags over all.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
