I fly this ensign 24/7 except in extreme weather. After two years it is dirtly and ever so slightly faded but no other signs of physical tearing, shredding or wearing. I am a repeat customer.
Previous purchases have proven that this is a well made quality flag.
The only compny I could find that has a 2 1/2 x 4 flag suitable for outdoors.

I recently bought 4 12x18 inch military flags, 2 of these, the Air Force and POW/MIA flags began to ravel after only 2 weeks. I was very disappointed in this lack of quality. I have bought large flags and flag accessories that I have been very pleased with from the Flag Store.

I was happy to find a site that sells made in America flags. My grandson age 5 loves the American Flag and calls it "Flag Merica". He even sleeps with his flags.
Made in America was the primary reason and I also was pleased that the flags are available with a ball tip.

Ordered the wrong size flags for my displays. Was disappointed there wasn't a standard size smaller to exchange like other online flag stores. The return process is confusing and can get costly.
It was a complicated return procedure, but the rep was able to explain it clearly.

It's my fault for not looking closer at your site, to see where they're made! How can you, in good conscience, put AMERICAN FLAGS, that are made in CHINA?! No other country should be allowed to make AMERICAN FLAGS! That is a sacrilege, and a "slap in the face" and a grave disrespect for all AMERICANS!

History
The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
