Can be a challenge. Can't get a cart total w/o the tax when checking out but usually comes on the invoice. Which I guess is ok as long as we arent charged.

We ordered what we believed to be flags MADE IN AMERICA, only to discover they were made in CHINA! Your website is misleading and fake! You should be ashamed of yourself to bastardize the AMERICAN name with Chinese counterfeit crap! I jeopardized my life so we have freedom in this country. TOTAL DISRESPECT OF OUR FLAG. The flag is heavy duty with excellent construction. The seams are sewn very well. Colors are brilliant. We will see how it lasts in the Lake Erie winds.

After leaving my review I was contacted by the company and they sent the clasp out to me. In my opinion it should not have come down to this. It should of been a simple matter.

I ordered a flag and 4 clasps, I only received 3 clasps. I notified the company and for a $2.50 clasp they want package pictures and evidence. I didn't keep the shipping bag they came in. Ridiculous. I'll just go buy one at my local flag store.

Maybe I missed it in your product description but I assumed that flags coming from United States Flag Store would be made in the United States and not China. Also the "RED" stripes on the flag are more maroon than RED.This is the last order from this customer.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
