I ordered two flags to use to sew onto a student's graduation stole on April 19. According to tracking, it was "damaged and returned to sender" on April 24. I was never notified of that status, and in fact on April 24 the status of my order was changed to "completed." On May 3,9 days after this, I attempted to add the order to my account in order to find out why I had not yet received them, but I could not. When I reached out to customer service, they told me that the package was being returned due to address issues (not what was noted on the tracking) and asked me if I wanted a refund or reship. I asked for a reship and was told it was submitted for reship on May 3. The item was not shipped until May 5 and I didn't receive it until May 10. This was over 3 weeks after the original order was placed. My student was unable to have the flags on her stole for her graduation pictures. I am deeply disappointed that there was no attempt to reach me on April 24 to try to correct the address issue and complete delivery, if that was indeed the problem and not damage to the package, and I wonder how long before someone would have finally contacted me had I not reached out first. I will not be ordering from here again.

I am very pleased with my flag display. I purchased it to put the flag that was laid on my husband's coffin before burial. I was surprised at how heavy and sturdy it is.

Very good website and good explanations on the different type of flag materials. It was easy to make my choice for the type of environment I live in. Fast service and made in USA.
United States Flag Store website described the different material types used in their flags and a description of the best material for different environments. I had purchased a flag pole and an upgraded 4 x 6 flag from another company prior to finding US Flag store. The upgraded flag faded fast and became very torn on the end within 3 months. The other company's website flag descriptions did not mentioned the type of material or options for better flags. I paid a lot for the upgraded flag that did not last long. I thought I would try one of the US Flag Store flags. So far, it is still looking great and holding up really good. I feel I got my monies worth.
I purchased their USA46SPVF American Flag 4ft x 6ft Valley Forge Koralex II 2-Ply Sewn P 46311000II. When I received it, right away I could tell it was made of very good heavy material and will last a lot longer than my last flag.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
