The flag was ten days late getting to me. I wanted it for the queen elizabeth burial day. It got here probably ten days after that? Maybe youwere out of english flags.

I was looking for a U.S. Flag that could withstand the wind in the Carolina Forest area in f Myrtle Beach. The website was easy to use and the purchase experience was simple.
It has the product and description to make a well informed purchase.
I purchased on n May of 2022 and it lasted for 8 months in windy conditions. Nylon flags only lasted a couple of months.

If I remember correctly the ship tracking method was odd and I didn't want to subscribe to whatever method that was... but, items arrived and no problem. Products were just what I expected.

I believe the title says it all. The product arrived in a timely manner. I received an email notification when the product was to be shipped in two separate deliveries.
When I emailed customer service, I received a prompt reply letting me know that my second shipment was on its way and would arrive in time for my event.
The reviews on the internet were exemplary.
They had exactly the finial I needed to fit on a 1-inch dowel.

I will always order my patriotic items from you. Both look beautiful on my flagpole. Tonight will be the first time the light will be on. Although I mounted it a week ago, the flag just came today.

Have ordered in past with no problems, but this time some "snafoos", but did get products. Customer service reps were VERY NICE and were able to resolve problem and they followed thru with PROMPT feedback to me on getting products shipped. Customer service was GREAT.

I did not see a real big selection of the Christian flag. I do not want to pay a lot of money, but I do want something more substantial. The American flags are sturdy and lasting. I do know that they are made differently… the ones that I order.

History
The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
