Was looking for a Wichita city flag. Your company had exactly what I wanted/needed and it came much faster than I anticipated. The quality is VERY nice. I also got 6 extra flag clamps at a nice price and I will order more items in the future. Thanks for having such a great site: easy to use and great customer service. I am pleased so far. I found your site & ordered the flag very quickly. I will be thrilled if it gets here by the expedited shipping date that I paid extra for. UPDATE: I did receive the flag a day later than I had hoped and paid for but in all fairness it did say "estimated delivery" when I placed the order. Fortunately the flag is just perfect. It's a high quality, beautifully made product. I would definitely order from here again if I ever need another flag.
The flag was made in China, the colors were below standard. The red, white, & blue were all drab and appeared to be old used looking out of the wrapping. Not a happy camper, and this is the second time I have responded to this survey.
I thought I was getting an American made flag.
Cheap material, especially the flagpole. Zip ties to attach to pole? What a,joke, I'll fly it in the garage.

Ordering was easy however the Workmanship of the 5 X 8 Super tough Flag was disappoiniting. The Flag tore within the first 30 days of being displayed,

Although I have bought many flags from this company, my most recent purchase left me deeply disappointed. The flag material was paper, not cloth, VERY CHEAP!

I have had many Greek flags under my American flag for decades. My American flag is always well made in sewen strips of tough cloth BUT all the Greek flags, even though they cost more yet, are made from a flimsy thin piece of stamped cloth! Just how much do I have to pay to get a good quality tough long lasting Greek flag? I have also asked this company not to text me but... No more flags from your company!
I placed an order on line and had a problem entering a code for 10% off because I used PayPal to check out. I was hoping the flags would be here by now, it been a week. But nothing accept this request for a review of my experience. I have sent 2 messages to customer service and stood on hold for more than 30 min. With no help. ANy body home there?
Paid additional $47.49 for next day delivery and took fifteen (15) days to receive. Called company twice asking for a refund of the express delivery charges and to date no response from this company.
Extremely disappointed.
Asked to be contacted by email or phone with no response!

I'm disappointed with the lack of consistent quality with this order. I had A lot of flags that we're crinkled in the packaging, poorly stapled to the wood and came apart.

It's been 8 days since I placed my order and it is still "in process". Holds were placed on checking account for billed amount but never processed and eventually removed (unprocessed). Very disappointed. I'll give them 1 chance to fix it and if not, I cancel the order.
It took three weeks to get two flags from some place in central Ohio to Philadelphia and during that time I got a series of email/text communications giving contradictory reports on the status of the delivery, which, by the way, cost me $5. I tried to leave a zero-star rating because that is what this experience deserved, but the system would not allow that, so I am giving it a 1-star rating under protest.
This is the cheapest flag I've ever seen, very disappointed. This flag is so thin I can see through it (100% cotton heavy weight....NOT). i will never buy anything from you again and I will tell everybody I know about you. This is the same quality as those little flags they hand out for free during a parade. You should be ashamed of yourself. I am a veteran and this makes me sick.

Ordered 12 flags as samples for a meeting to decide on placing an order for a huge parade. Told them I needed them by a certain date. That date was confirmed.
