I am pleased so far. I found your site & ordered the flag very quickly. I will be thrilled if it gets here by the expedited shipping date that I paid extra for. UPDATE: I did receive the flag a day later than I had hoped and paid for but in all fairness it did say "estimated delivery" when I placed the order. Fortunately the flag is just perfect. It's a high quality, beautifully made product. I would definitely order from here again if I ever need another flag.

The package arrived yesterday afternoon, undamaged. Upon opening it was obvious the case had been dropped before it was wrapped and packaged for shipment. Due to the need (special gift for mother) I had to repair, glue, nail, etc to improved condition.
We ordered on Sunday, the web store said in stock... And should ship within 1to 2 days... Called on Tuesday morning, found out the products were back ordered, was told that they would switch the items and give me an upgrade of flags for free.
Now it's Wednesday night... Flags are still not shipped. They are a scam. Do not order from them...
My purchase was for a birthday gift, unfortunately the web site isn't smart enough to tell you an item is on back-order though. After it didn't show up when the site estimated it would I called them; The customer "service" rep I spoke to treated me like an interruption to her day, saying "I don't know what you want me to do about it". She told me it would ship by the 15th, it did not, so I went on their web site and used the chat feature. The rep in chat was much more pleasant, promised they would get it shipped that day with free upgraded shipping, both lies. It shipped the next day, apparently on the back of a lame camel, it arrived 10 days after it was originally estimate to arrive.

Bought Led bulbs from lightup before, was very satisfied. This time part of my order was out of stalk according to the service rep, even though the website said they were in stock. Had my order changed to only in stock items, but the lost my order form, initial order was 3/28, current shipping status says my bulbs should be here before 4/26 almost 1 month later.
Ordered my flag on May 4 just before noon and the payment cleared my bank May 5. I ask about shipping options and picked and Paid $33.58 for 2 day shipping. My receipt states under shipping method "Best Way Two Day". Received a email at 11:49 May 6 stating my order has shipped and will arrive on May 10 by 8pm. So much for paying for 2 day shipping. When I call, the woman I spoke to told me it's not their responsibility to get me my product in 2 days it's the shipping companies responsibility. I asked for a refund and was told flat out NO. Will never do business with this company ever again. This company is not willing to take responsibility for what their customer pays for. No excuses!
I first ordered the case in Sept. I never got notification that it was on back order. I called when we were close to a month out and was told it would probably be in around the end of the year. Sister in law ordered another case from Amazon which we received in less than a week. It is beautiful and has the name plaque attached with matching nails. I tried to stop this order but was told it was already shipped. Got it and had to rummage around the box for the plaque (not attached) and case looked poorly constructred. I sent it back yesterday. Very poor quality for something made in the USA.
Everything arrived as expected. The Buntings were used for 4th of July decorations. I am very pleased with them. However, the super tough 3x5 flag is a disappointment. The red on the flag is border line maroon. Not even close to the red on the bunting or my old Nylon flag. This should be reviewed by your quality staff. There is no doubt it is WRONG
The "easy returns" web device does not work (apparently on purpose); the "customer service" phone is never answered; the "email customer service" does not get anything other than an auto response of receiving your email and they never follow up.
I repeated the words Israel and Ukraine 3 times and finally had to spell them. After which she wrote the address to a non-existent street! Product took a couple weeks to finally arrive, in 2 separate batches. I need to re-order and obviously hesitate to use you again!
The Dept must have understood the problem, given the mis-addressed packages eventually arrived, still with wrong address on label. Probably the delivery truck is the entity which figured it out

My 4 ft by 6 ft Valley Forge U.S. Flag split at the seam separating the red and white stripes. It is obvious by looking at it that the seam was not reinforced! It needs to be replaced immediately! I have photos of this poor workmanship and an message to the CEO of Valley Forge Flags what she never answered!

Flags were NOT as advertised. Sharp, clear stars in advertising... blurry out of propitiation stars on delivered flags! No way to return..."Easy Return" on web site does NOT work! Avoid this business!
After a week of hanging outside, the red coloring bled and dripped (from rain) into the white stripes and stars. Very disappointed because the product was wonderful when received and should stay that way for more than a week.
Only half of the order was received despite the full amount was charged to the credit card. It took a phone call and a follow up email plus an additional wait of 5 days to receive the completed order. I plan to make additional purchases and hope this does not happen again.
Was described as 5 inches wide which is why I ordered it.
Unhappy with the size. The width of the top ring that holds the strings of the flag was smaller than 5 inches and the size makes the flag look cheap.
The flag I received says made in China. But a banner on their website says "when we say it, we mean it" with a banner next to it that states "Made in the USA". Wrong! Very disappointed! I will never order from them again.
Ordered a 3x6' fan. The fan that arrived was 8 inches short, and the top seam was not canvas like advertised. Wanted to return and sales people say they don't give refunds. This is incredible- you send me an item that is smaller than advertised and not the quality that was advertised and now you expect me to pa for shipping to return it. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Correct advertising- same quality and size as the last time I ordered these products from the US Flag Store. Very disappointed in the company, the quality, and the service.

Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE Service!
I ordered and paid for two day priority mail. My package arrived 6 days later! I was utilizing my order for a party. If they had filled and sent my order as they agreed when I paid for it all would have been good. Instead, my order arrived 4 days after the party due to their dishonesty, lying, and failure to meet the expectation of delivery date as I paid for. Do not trust their quality or trustworthiness to meet agreed expectations of the customer.
Easy to order, receiving product was a different experience. After 2 months of no communication finally received communication regarding delay with supplier. Received after another 3 weeks. Limited to only the one communication to the extended delay.
I called and placed a order for one complete American Flag pole set and ordered an extra flag pole same size. What I received was two (2) different sizes poles that are 2 different colors. I sent the pole back last week and I just waiting and hoping I receive the same size and color pole.
We thought "United States Flag Store" would sell only USA-made flags. We were sadly disappointed to discover these were made in China. We will NEVER purchase from this company again.
