Instead of putting it in the ground, I slipped it over a 4 ft. Fence pole anchored in cement with PVC collars for a tight fit. But I could not lift the 25 ft. Pole to slide it on. With the help of 3 others and two stepladders, I got it on. Looks magnificent, and much more sturdy (and taller) than my old pole.

I placed an order for several flags of countries where officers I sponsor live. I present them a flag and a picture of themselves when they start the Command and General Staff Officer Course at Fort Leavenworth. My only observation is that there seems to be a lot of packaging for such small items. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service I received.

I purchased a single 4 x 6 flag of the Democratic Republic of Congo. I was surprised that the postage was about $7.00. The box I received was huge and filled with bubble wrap and one small flag. I think that the flag could have been placed in a bubble envelope and sent to me that way. Surely the postage would have been much less.

Needed a new truck assembly for my flag pole. The pulley was shot, had exactly what I needed. Saw the grey/silver cord and decided to give it a try. Great choice line almost disappears against the aluminum pole.

The flagpole looks good, which is what I need to complete my indoor flag, but only one problem I'm having is that the pole gets stuck whenever I adjust it, it's probably because the finial I got from someone is a little heavy. I do recommend adjustable flagpoles instead of an oak flagpole if you live in a 1 story home.
And the reason why I choose United States Flag Store is because they ship faster since I do live in Nevada.

Very easy-to-use website. I was looking for a polyester flag and they had a 3x5 foot outside flag so I purchased it. Every5went well and I was notified when it shipped. Nice flag and well made. We have VERY strong winds in southern AZ so it hopefully will last.

Fo rthe state- colorado flag on stick. There are small sizes then very large, was looking for the inbetween size like the us flags on stick come. Thank you or carrying state flags too. Great for our county livestock fair.

Ordering was easy. However, the 4 x 6 flag I ordered was not 4 x 6 and in order to hand on our farmer's porch vertically, we had to remove the original hook. This has accomodated all 4 x 6 flags we have purchased.
The people were nice, but the flag should have been replaced at no cost to me.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
