The flag was made in China, the colors were below standard. The red, white, & blue were all drab and appeared to be old used looking out of the wrapping. Not a happy camper, and this is the second time I have responded to this survey.

I found the Marine Corps flag that I wanted quick and easy and with PayPal payment it really made it a secure way to pay. This flag is durable and it's made in the USA. I always take my flags down when the wind approaches 15 MPH to make them last.

The flag I purchased is beautifully made. I have had it up for 2 months in the New Mexico sun, heat and wind. So far it still looks as beautiful as the day I put it up.

We received the light well packaged and in very short order. The light itself is quality and has worked perfectly... The only glitch and surprise - was the bolt on the top of our flag pole was not long enough for the thickness of the light itself... so we had to forgo the beautiful gold ball on top of the flag... so that the light will fit. However it seated tightly and looks just fine on top of my 20ft pole. The light is bright and illuminates my two flags without a hitch... thanks.

When my husband passed this you. I was given a buriel flag. I wanted to keep it safe and display it. The flag case I found was perfect. Even had the option to display his navy emblem with the flag.

I wanted a sturdy quality tall flag pole and this hit the mark! It's beautiful black satin heavy steel and 30 feet tall! A gold ball to top it off, very proportionate to the height and circumference. I hang a 4x6 embroidered flag ad it looks fabulous! And I bought it for my husband for our anniversary.

I was looking for a mid range flag. Bigger than the tiny flags that you wave, but smaller than the 3'x5' and larger flags.
They had the size I was looking for and a quantity at a great price. Only wish the pole was a 5/16 inch diameter to fit mailbox flag holders.

The case arrived with good packing. One corner (the front) did not hold tight when the flag was inserted - one of the two screws was not holding. I was able to fix the issue by putting wood (q-tip handles) with wood glue into the hole, wait for it to dry and then tighten the screw. That is a standard fix for a stripped out wood screw hole.

When I went to the website I added my email to receive a 10% off coupon. When I placed my order the coupon would not work and appeared to only be for ordering flags. I liked the wide selection and that the items are Made in America. The item shipped quickly and they did a great job packing the item to ensure it was not broken in transit.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
