The package I received was damaged And the United States of America flag staffed was cracked. I had to glue and tape it back together. I was not satisfied with the method use in the Packaging and Shipment of this item.

I received an email that one of the items was back ordered and my order would be shipped as soon as it became available. But the next part concerned me. It said that if the item was not available by a certain date the order would be canceled. I still wanted all the other items in the order even if that one item was not available. I received all the items but the email made it uncertain if anything would be delivered if that one item was not available.

After purchasing our US flags we had numerous rather severe storms, The winds were measured at 86 mph. The flag withstood the high winds but power lines were decimated. High quality product that well made and withstood storms. Flag was received in a timely manner and no complaints.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
