I tried calling a few times to confirm details of the order, but could not get through 2 out of 3 times. Email worked. I felt the shipping was to expensive for the product. The flagpole was a fair value, but should have come with a new flag for the price, especially since it was ordered from a Veteran for Veterans in a Texas Cemetery.

Easy to find the flags I wanted. Ordered a large flag and smaller flags. Have had them up since before the 4th of July in Northern CA and we've had extreme heat for the last few weeks. Impressed as the flags did not did not fade. They still look as crisp and beautiful as the day I put them up. Flags not damaged with windy days either. I plan to keep all of them up until after Labor Day, then use only the large flag thereafter. I take all of my flags down in the Fall and Winter when the rainy days begin as we get some extreme winds.

We are very happy with this flag. We live in the country and have lots of wind. Other flags just do not hold up. This flag is heavy and very well made.

Easy shopping for the flags that I wanted. The only thing that I didn't like was that when I ordered a certain flag and paid for it, they sent me a notification that that flag was not in stock. They had to order it. It took several weeks to arrive.

I was skeptical at first about ordering a flagpole online, but the process was simple and it was delivered quickly. Everything needed to fly the flag, except the cement, was included with the product. I would not hesitate to order from the United States Flag Company again.

History
The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
