I was very pleased with my experience with United States Flag Store. I was looking for a flag holder for my husbands grave site. This is the only place that had an Army National Guard flag holder.

I received notification that they were short the full amount of my order. I was offered the lesser amount or a refund if I chose. I accepted the lesser amount, but they called the manufacturer and had the remaining units drop shipped directly to me so I got my full order. Great customer service!

I had been looking for small military and U.S. flags to take to the cemetery. The florist I usually bought them from closed, so I was happy to find the United States Flag Store online. I was able to buy several of the exact flags I had been looking for at a VERY reasonable price. The flags were delivered promptly, also. This will be my go-to store for these items.

The flagpole is fantastic! Easy to use, once you figure out the screw that goes in the top section. I had to trim it to fit.
I didn't receive my solar light for the top of the pole, and I found out it wasn't just in a separate order, it was on backorder! I received the light about two weeks later.
US products ALWAYS catch my eye. I've wanted a real flagpole for a few years now.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
