Glad I switched to this company. Was going through flags quickly due to high elevation UV and winds but these seem to hold up better.
Seemed like a better built product for not much more money.

Quality, quality, quality... the product, the packaging, the website, the ease of purchasing and timely delivery.
There was a flaw with one flag, wrong color for one of the stripes. I would have given a 5 star had the company sent me the replacement immediately, but they required confirmation of the return shipping receipt first. Afterall it was their mistake. But I still really like the company and its flags.

I ordered a US Flag in April 2024 mainly because of the advertised ability not to ravel. The flag began raveling after only three weeks and now must prepare to order a new one from a different company.

I order the flagpole and it was delivered on time. I also ordered the LED Solar light and the combination of the two work extremely well. My flag is brightly lite all thru the night until dusk every night

The new Nylon flag seems to fly easier than the old Polyester flag with light breeze. Nylon flag is lighter.

I anticipated that ordering a flag pole, base, and top would include the rings to attach the flag to the pole. I was mistaken. At the price point for those items, I would have expected everything. My mistake for not reading the fine print or inquiring before I ordered. No problem. Purchased the rings from another supplier.

Ordered an embroidered flag for our companies central campus flag pole. We'll made with deep, vibrant colors. We are a high wind location and it is easily withstandING storm winds rolling off of the White Mountains.

The package arrived quickly and the flag as well as the light are of high quality! However, I think that I am missing a part or something because I can't attach the light to the top of the pole. I have asked a friend to come look at it and he can't figure it out either. So, sadly, I'm not using the light at the moment. PLEASE HELP!

My home faces due South and the South/Georgia suns u/v is very, very hard on the blue background for the stars. I realized that I was replacing flags every four to six months due to the fading - to the point where in was unpatriotic to fly a compromised flag. The fabric composition of the U S Flag Stores offering sounds encouraging, so we'll see.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
