Quick shipping flags always neatly bundled. Only slight complaint is sometimes the staples are not tight and a slight wind pulls the top of the flag from the stick. I just glue the material back to the pole and use it again next year.

Easy ordering experience. My only criticism is that the follow-up emails come from an unknown, hard to identify email address. I've accidentally deleted them not knowing the source. It should say US Flag Store.

Easy to order. Order and getting my flag was so simple even l at 74 years young was able to do it right off my I -phone. I especially liked the fact I could get a flag that would hold up in wind. I usually have to bye two or three flags a year because o wind wear, so far it's been doing well, haven't had it six months yet and it is still like new. Thank you

Great just didn't get my veteran discount email we always try to buy from United state flag store. We will be put the flag we are replacing to rest properly, this flag has been up for 5 years or so, it's amazing for 24 hours a day and it's made specifically for that and high winds thanks for your service and great flag

I had a heavy-duty cotton flag that had lasted for a number of years. I wanted to replace it with another like it. Nearly all flags available are polyester, I really wanted the heavy cotton. When It arrived, it was a very light-weight cotton, you could see through the fabric when held up to light. I did not find this to my satisfaction, so I returned the flag for a refund.
They accepted my return and refunded my purchase price.
They offered a cotton flag.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
