Everything looked great and was in wonderful condition upon arrival. Customer Service was awesome and was able to get our tax-free status updated within an hour, which has never happened anywhere else!
Only complaint was the 3-Hole Stand we ordered has smaller holes than every other stand we received, so we can't use it.
Great pricing and wide variety of options. I needed flags from 20 different countries and USFS was the only store that had everything I needed.

Easy navigation process for ordering. My father in law served in the Army. He recently passed away and his family received a US flag at his funeral. My family gifted his family the engraved shadowbox as my father served in the Army as well. This beautiful shadowbox serves as a way to honor my father in law and connects our families together.

Received my flag pole today. Very fast delivery and for the most part pleased. Delivered much quicker than advertised at time of order. Only one problem. I will have to contact customer service because the gold ball topper for the pole was crushed in shipping.

History
The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
