I purchased duel flag pole light and I have been happy with my purchase! The flag looks great at night and the installation was no bad but it will be easier if you have a second set of hands. I let it charge for two days before use and it lasts dusk til dawn! Very satisfied!

Finding what I wanted was easy. I guess I am too spoiled with many online products I order being delivered relatively quickly... it took over a week to get the flags and they were delivered 2 days after the estimated delivery date. Missed out on having them out for Memorial Day. I will know to order way ahead of time if I order again.

It took three weeks to get two flags from some place in central Ohio to Philadelphia and during that time I got a series of email/text communications giving contradictory reports on the status of the delivery, which, by the way, cost me $5. I tried to leave a zero-star rating because that is what this experience deserved, but the system would not allow that, so I am giving it a 1-star rating under protest.

Your flag offerings are great but if there is one complaint is that the 18" sticks are not long enough. A length of 24" would be better.

We wanted to line the drive to our 55+ mobile home park & resort with small American flags for Veterans' Day. We found 8 x 12 inch flags on wooden poles just what we needed. And although the poles did not have a point, we simply put the bottom end into a pencil sharpener and made a point. It was perfect. And your prices allowed us to have over 200 flags. History
The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
