Customer service replies in a timely manner, but products were not that great. They were low cost, so that is good. If you need the flags to look super nice for formal presentations, I'd go elsewhere, but if you need them for Scouts, a classroom, or a play or something, they would do the trick!
(Note: We bought a kit, and didn't like the bases. We wanted to return and upgrade, but they don't take returns on kit parts. So we ate the cost of buying replacement bases).

I have a 3 x 5 flag that was ironed and folded by a member of a ceremonial honor guard member. There is about a 3/4 inch gap on all three sides when the flag was placed in the box. Also, what first drew my attention to this box was the butterfly joint used in the meters. The face frame has the cuts made for the plugs, but the butterfly plug was missing. Otherwise a good product.

We have an American flag that waves from a bracket on our barn above the main door that is the first thing that everyone sees as you arrive at our home. In a recent storm, the original plastic bracket broke. In researching something more substantial for a replacement, I located your company's products. This is just what we needed. I have been purchasing flags for 5 years here and I have never been disappointed. They are great quality and last so much longer than any other flag I have purchased for my apartment complex. About 4 months ago I strayed and purchased a flag through Amazon because of the price hoping it would last. We only got 2 months worth of use out of it before it started shredding and fading pretty bad. My lesson was learned and we are and always will be getting our flags from United States Flag Store. Great quality flags at a great price!
My distributor went out of business so I was looking for quality and good prices and found USFS and thought I would give them a try since the reviews were good. The reviews were right and I have continued to use you ever since.

Flag is of the usual quality that I expect from US Flag, and was received on a timely basis.
However, it is slightly larger, at least the width.
The eyelets are further apart than 3 feet so it is flying sloppily. I need to move the lower hasp to make it fly appropriately. (Not a big deal except I am recovering from leg surgery and have not been able to do it),

I found what I was looking for, made in America, which is the most critical issue; both flags look more expensive than they are flying on our flag pole. We have had neighbors stop and tell us they appreciate us flying the USA flag on top and the Israel flag together, and one even asked where they were purchased.

Picking the right flag is hard because of the many options available. Descriptions and pictures proved to be good information. The flags just purchased are replacement flags but the original order is still holding up well. We love the quality. Delivery was quick with good updates tracking the shipment.

My wife and I proudly raised our flag on the white pole, which was easy to assemble and erect. Our neighbors depend on the display light in the middle of the block... no streetlight. Pole-mount is much better than years of bracket-mounted display. Sorry we did not act sooner.

This does not adjust to a small enough size to fit most headstones. I found when I went to hang wreaths on family members' headstones that even adjusted to the smallest width, it is still too big by about an inch. I tried it on multiple headstones at my local cemetery and it was too large for all of them. I ended up having to buy a saw and take apart the wreath holder and trim both parts of it so it would adjust to a smaller size. The product itself is a great idea, but it needs to be manufactured so that it fits a common headstone thickness.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey.
