Hello. For a long time I could not decide on buying an apartment and my friends recommended this site. At first it was scary, but then I decided. I bought an apartment on this site. A bit disappointed. The flag holder's aluminum base was sent with the wrong screws. I had to go purchase my own screws. Plus, the mold they used for making the aluminum base which holds flag pole was faulty, causing the aluminum base to be pitted and cracked. My guess is I will be replacing this base sooner rather than later due to the weakened sidewalls of the base (see photo). Flag is beautiful.

Works only part of the time. When functioning properly it is very bright & illuminates the flag nicely. That being said, I don't believe it was a good choice. Thought light not coming on when it should was due to a full moon but do to the fact my old light, which I left on pole until I was convinced this new light would work properly, still comes on as it should.

I ordered two nylon American flags with sewn stars. I've been ordering flags from y'all for years and i have to take some of the blame but when the flags got here, I noted two things: they are 100% polyester and they are made in China. I will not fly an American flag made in China, I tried, I just can't do it. Polyester: I checked my order, I did order a nylon flag. Is polyester considered nylon? If so it's still kind of a bait and switch, the flags feel flimsy. I don't want a refund, I assume responsibility for not paying attention enough, but the name of your store implies an integrity of manufacture origin and you failed in making that clear.

Delivery was quick and my product arrived in perfect condition. It was more sheer than I thought it would be but maybe that allows wind through it to keep it from ripping. The red is also a much deeper red than I expected and it is kind of sparkly/shimmery. It's pretty but I'm not sure I would buy this one again.

We use these flags from this website to decorate our neighborhood for various holidays throughout the year. They are durable and withstand the weather conditions exceptionally well. Additionally, they create a stunning display when showcased.

Everything was great. There were no issues with, ordering, shipping or delivery. Not the highest quality flag but I've bought more expensive flags and often don't last any longer than inexpensive ones. So, I'm testing USFlags and we'll see.

Ordered and received 4 small (4"x6") Arizona flags for outdoor use. Using them for driveway markers. They seem to be of good quality, a little on the thin side though. Time will tell how durable they are. I'm only expecting them to last 1 year, then I'll order some replacements.

Christian Flag wasn't graded any different than the American Flag we received with the pole before. Yet looking at your sight it was more expensive. I would like to send a picture of our flags, but there is no option for it

My husband has wanted a U.S. Navy Flag for our 2013 Ultra Tri-Glide Harley since we bought her in 2013. Nobody stocked them, because they weren't fast sellers. I found this website, which is super easy to use, and I received my item right on time. (Ordered regular shipping on 9/13, and received 9/18). I didn't take it all the way out of the package, it's a Christmas gift, but what I did see, it looks great!

Found some goid things. Then 10 days to deliver. Contradictory tracking info. The basic flags are great. The hat. Which I was most excited about stuffed into box without regard to how it would effect its shape. It looks weird and we'll see if straightens out. If not. Going back. And that would piss me off.
Have purchased from them before and like their stuff.
Some good 2nd options when primary items not in stock. Then also found some unique items at great prices.

20 foot, three section commercial fiberglass flagpole was as described. Easy to assemble and install. Box was damaged in several places but no damage or missing parts. Flagpole light is well built and works well so far. Did wait for three full days of solar charging before turning on.

The product is good but the prices are getting too expensive. I have been buying 2.5x4 flags for over 14 years. I put up flags in my neighborhood for our Veterans Club. Check your records, I have installed 100's of them alone with poles and brackets. If prices keep increasing I can not continue providing this service to my community. Our Vets Club makes ZERO profit from this endeavor.

Website was easy to use and find all that we were interested in. They offered products we didn't know they had and will keep that in mind. Once we got past the packaging of the pole itself, we were on our way to installation.

My purchase was for a birthday gift, unfortunately the web site isn't smart enough to tell you an item is on back-order though. After it didn't show up when the site estimated it would I called them; The customer "service" rep I spoke to treated me like an interruption to her day, saying "I don't know what you want me to do about it". She told me it would ship by the 15th, it did not, so I went on their web site and used the chat feature. The rep in chat was much more pleasant, promised they would get it shipped that day with free upgraded shipping, both lies. It shipped the next day, apparently on the back of a lame camel, it arrived 10 days after it was originally estimate to arrive.

Great service. Quick delivery. This is the second order for a flag from USFS. The last one the wind from Erma destroyed. Also bought my flag pole and light. Both were more than what I expected. Don't know why others have such a problem. My experience has been nothing but outstanding.

We ordered on Sunday, the web store said in stock... And should ship within 1to 2 days... Called on Tuesday morning, found out the products were back ordered, was told that they would switch the items and give me an upgrade of flags for free.
Now it's Wednesday night... Flags are still not shipped. They are a scam. Do not order from them...

The package arrived yesterday afternoon, undamaged. Upon opening it was obvious the case had been dropped before it was wrapped and packaged for shipment. Due to the need (special gift for mother) I had to repair, glue, nail, etc to improved condition.

Everything went well through the ordering and delivery process. The new bunting matched perfectly in design and size to the bunting I had previously ordered. However, after placing my balcony with the other bunting the red dye bled into the white area after a brief rain shower. The blue color did not bleed.

Item did not ship for 7 days from day of purchase tho it said it was in stock and usually ships within 1-2 days. Item arrived 2 days after being shipped. Item was a flag case for my dad's burial flag. It is well made. Comes packed and protected very well. It is made in the USA which was very important to me. There is no way in hell that his flag would be displayed in a chinese made case. Overall I am pleased and would order again from them. If it said shipped within 5-7 days then I would not even bring it up. I did a chat and the man on other end was very professional. It seemed like he checked into it because case shipped following day.
