Pole assembly is a no brainer; however, installation instructions regarding setting the base tube (depth, diameter, sand and gravel requirements) were missing. I managed to find some instructions online but was disappointed that I had to go that route. Instructions should have been included.

The plastic clips I received for the flag pole wore out and broke too easy. I ordered the gold colored ones to replace them. They work well.
Also the flagpole I bought stood up/did not fall over in the 60 to 80 mph wind gusts from hurricane Nichole.

We ordered 500pins and were told they did not have enough stock. When calling your team, they found enough at another warehouse and shipped from both places to get enough. Timely and solved our problem.

Because there were not enough in one warehouse, they sent a message saying they could not fulfill it. Your customer service was smart enough to check a second warehouse and there were more than enough to augment and complete our order. Humans save the day. These arrived around the holiday from the two warehouses.

Flags are great! To improve the flag would be the option to have the end that goes into the ground to be tapered so it's easy to stick into the ground.

Lots of flags, sizes, and all kinds of accessories. The 5' x8' flag is heavy duty with large eyelets to hang and large tough stitching. Takes a strong wind to fly fully, but looks good even at parade rest!

Would have appreciated a handy instructional guide with each purchase describing the best method for attaching to a pole using the grommets, folding, display, method of disposal, and other basic information on caring for a US flag.
Internet search. Would prefer adding a basic cord (not a fancy gold tassel) to the product list. I had to make a separate trip to the hardware store.

After completing my first purchase I did not see anything that indicated it was complete. I went back to see what I had missed and would up placing the order a second time. When I called in the morning I was told I was too late to fix the problem since both flags had already been sent.

Everything arrived as expected. The Buntings were used for 4th of July decorations. I am very pleased with them. However, the super tough 3x5 flag is a disappointment. The red on the flag is border line maroon. Not even close to the red on the bunting or my old Nylon flag. This should be reviewed by your quality staff. There is no doubt it is WRONG

The flags arrived as described, but are rolled so tight and rubberbanded together that there are severe wrinkles. I have them displayed open hoping they will relax, but otherwise I will be doing a lot of ironing.

I decided to try this slightly lower-cost flag, that I used to purchase from US Flag. I have always been satisfied with their product, but suspect I am buying more heavy duty rated flag than I really need. They never tear and only sign of age is the fading of the blue over approximently 4-5 months. Overall hoping this selection performs the same.

US Flag has excellent quality made in America US flags. Our Knights of Columbus Council donates American flags to local area schools and churches when we see a tattered old flag. We are very pleased with the overall quality and durability. Most users are able to get over two seasons of use before the flag needs replacement.

Received my flag and it was very well packaged. I did receive a couple State flags earlier this year and they were tightly wrapped around the stick, made it very hard to flatten out. All the other flags came in their own plastic bag, were flat and well packaged.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself. The United States Flag Store first started in the basement of Co-Owners Kevin and Lisa Hickey. The company would be brought about due to the high demand of American Flags at the time, just months after the events of September 11th, 2001. The company would begin filling this retail niche market wholesaling their flags to both retailers and customers.
