I haven't had a chance to fly it but a couple of times because it's been so awful windy here. I love the material because it's heavy and not just one of those silky flags. It may be just a little bit too heavy because if it's not windy enough, it just hangs down but if it's too windy, then it shakes the pole so much. I think it's going to last a lot longer than the other ones I've had though. The stitching looks really good. Can't wait for some calmer days to start flying it.

Have been looking for small classroom flag holder in stores for a long time. (I am not a teacher.) Finally found them on your site. They arrived today, but I found that they are waaaaay too big to hold the small 8 x 12 stick flag that I need to put in it. Very disappointed since I cannot find what I really need ANYWHERE in stores and now, apparently, on line. Don't know what I'm going to do with these two holders... they are a waste for me.

I realized I had ordered the wrong flag the minute I pushed send. I immediately contacted your customer
Service and in other words was told too bad. I explained I wanted the best flag not the one I ordered which
Was more expensive. I didn't cancel order was told that was too late.
I have been buying my flags from this company for years before I even established an account. I was highly disappointed with whole situation so I found another company that makes their flags in the USA and I have gone to them for my flags.

I would've been a lot happier if it was made in the USA. I ordered this flag because of the quality which was pretty high however, I don't understand why they can't be made here and not in China.

The 12 X 8 American Flag is beautiful! In past years I ordered this size flag from a family owned store in the city where I live. The owner decided to close the store when he retired so I was without a contact. Knowing that your flags are made in America and reading the reviews, I took a chance. I'm very pleased. This flag will be raised in Jackson Square on January 8th, 2024, the anniversary of the Battle of New Orleans, the battle which saved our nation from British rule in 1814. The United States Daughters of 1812 have been changing that flag for over 150 years in honor of that victory. Thank you!

My 4 ft by 6 ft Valley Forge U.S. Flag split at the seam separating the red and white stripes. It is obvious by looking at it that the seam was not reinforced! It needs to be replaced immediately! I have photos of this poor workmanship and an message to the CEO of Valley Forge Flags what she never answered!

I knew by the weight of the package, I was going to be disappointed. All my other flags had some weight to them. As soon as I opened it, I realized I was right...It is thin and almost see-through...Not at all impressed with your "cotton flag". It will not hold up in the desert winds...It will need replacing with in 6 months.
The place I normally buy my flags from was sold out.

I compared two suppliers. One clearly stated made in China. I called to check on your product and was told it was NOT made in China. That is why i selected your site for the purchase of these flags. The flags were obviously intended to be placed on veteran's graves. What was China's involvement in the Vietnam War?
The POW/MIA flag was not manufactured in China, which turned out to be deceitful.

Flags were NOT as advertised. Sharp, clear stars in advertising... blurry out of propitiation stars on delivered flags! No way to return..."Easy Return" on web site does NOT work! Avoid this business!

I am looking for an American made flag pole and when I got to check out it as made in China! I finally found one that worked for me that was U.S. made. This happened with another company and when it arrived I saw it was made in China. I will send this one back to if it isn't made in the United States. You should also offer a military discount.

Really good products. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 star is … the flags last color wise but end hems usually tear before the flag is worn. Out of 6 previous flags only one grommet failed before flag worn.

After a week of hanging outside, the red coloring bled and dripped (from rain) into the white stripes and stars. Very disappointed because the product was wonderful when received and should stay that way for more than a week.

The United States Flag Store was founded in January of 2002. This would be the first of the Online Stores Inc. umbrella to establish itself.
